Living at The Upland was the greatest experience. Having lived in Los Angeles and New York I was surprised to find such a gorgeous and well-kept building in the Inland Empire. My unit in particular had a view of the nature trails and provided a serene tranquil experience. In addition, the area is walkable to restaurants, shopping, and the building gym is kept up well. The entire team that runs the property and the leasing director Tara are like family. They always responded to emails and went out of their way to take care of tenants. From the time I moved in until my departure the living experience was five stars.

The Management Company goes above and beyond to make sure all work orders and any questions you may have are tended to in a timely manner. The property is clean, staff is friendly and they really goes out of their way to help. I don't feel like just another tenant. I feel like they really care which is hard to find now a days.

I have been living at The Upland for 6 mos now and I love it here! The location is amazing right next to shopping and freeway. Meagan and Tara in the office have been so helpful and maintenance comes right away. The apartments are really nice, couldn't ask for anything better!
We moved in to this apartment in 2021 and decided to release just last year. We had a terrible experience with the leasing office and they gave us such a hard time about our documents. The leasing agent kept giving us wrong information & then got upset with us for trying to clarify. They were unprofessional and tried to use the “we’ve been busy and stressed” excuse. Being stressed doesn’t give you the right to call us and yell at us over the phone. Can’t wait to move out.
I have lived here since April 2020 and selected this property because it was brand new, gorgeous apartments with all the amenities that I was looking for, and in the most prime location in beautiful Upland, California. Since moving here, the property management changed hands and has just become increasingly better. I recommend this spacious and lavish living apartment homes to anyone..
Looking for a quiet, secure place to live? The Upland is your new home! Not only do they have all the descriptive amenities and location benefit’s,but the staff is awesome as well. I’m compelled to single out one of the maintenance techs here. She always has a bright, warm smile and pleasant greeting for everyone. Ms. Bereniece is very good at her job and she just “gets it” when it comes to dealing with people. Don’t just read about The Upland or only read the reviews; make an appointment and see for yourself!
Very unkept property. I’ve been very very disappointed.
Nice location--horrible sound-proofing. This place was not constructed with any degree of noise mitigation in mind. Can hear normal conversations through the floor below. Front doors do not resist noise penetration at any discernible level. Any noise in your hallway is directly transferred into your living area. Dog-barking has been an issue (it seems like there is a two-dog per unit MINIMUM at this complex). Many rules are listed on the lease you sign but I have yet to see any actually enforced. Security is a joke with propped-open gates/doors at all hours of the day and night. Part-time security (Lol) company that is rarely, if ever on-site. Smokers everywhere (pot & tobacco) within this non-smoking facility. The list goes on but I think you get the point. Moved-in with high hopes--Oh well!
