Property Ratings at The Uptown Apartments
Great location and the management is very timely in helping w any issues that have come up. This has been my favorite apartment in Bloomington, highly recommend.
I was at the Deer Park Management property College Mall Apartments for two years (2012-2014). It's a nice location near the mall and #3 bus line (that runs to campus), economical and safe. The walls were thin, so it could be loud (mostly due to music students practicing), and the provided wireless internet wasn't always fast (though you could stream video most of the time), but the kitchen was very nice with lots of cupboard space and the apartment was large with high ceilings. I would live there again (I would just invest in sound-dampening foam this time).
Terrible. Great location but the management has no respect for tenants.
