Huntington Place is a collection of subdivisions on either side of Vance Jackson Road. This neighborhood is located on the east side of I-10, about 10 miles northwest of Downtown San Antonio. While no shops or restaurants are available within the residential area, Huntington Place is close to a variety of shops just outside the neighborhood. This complex has had people's tires for their cars stolen and the cars were sitting on rocks in the parking lot. My car has been broken into, apartments have been broken into, cars have been STOLEN and there are absolutely no security cameras on site nor security that they "hired." Their apartments are also infested with roaches no matter how often pest control comes!! Save yourself the money and don't move in here!

Pool has been closed more than open, pet wash has never been open, gym in phase one and rec center have been closed for months with no communication on when things will open. Pool has been closed and green for over a month. It’s Summer. It did not open until June, was closed several times. There is a big pest control problem, tenants do not pick up after dogs. No luxury amenities are open yet they still charge for them.

They do not fix any of their amenities. Ac has been out for months no response no action. These apartments are no longer luxury apartments SAVE YOUR MONEY it’s definitely not worth it.
I have lived here for about a year now and I moved here looking to possibly call this place home. I’ve paid rent on time and have never really required much from the front office. But when we were hit with the winter storms last week, I felt abandoned by them. I first reported my roof had started Sinking two days prior and warned them that it was going to leak. They came and looked at it and said there wasnt much they could do. Then when the ceiling finally gives way I’m left alone in a dark cold apartment trying to catch water from flooding me out. I asked if they had buckets or tape or something to prevent the water from overwhelming me and I was met with just catch as much of it as you can. Fast forward my apartment is a loss and I was relocated. The elevators were out, as they always are, and had to move from the third floor to the fourth floor with no help. I still don’t have my mailbox key for the new unit, I haven’t had any communication on it. Now today, when I called the office just to get a since of how much my rent is for the month I am placed on a 15 min hold. I call back multiple times and go to voicemail. When I finally reach the young girl at the front she tells me she forgot I was on hold. She gets me over to The manager who is rude, cuts me off and sounds very dismissive of how disrespected I’ve been feeling over the last week. I caution anyone wanting to move here. I though the same thing like everyone else that these were nice looking apartments for the price they charge but it’s clear they substitute quality of servant customer service for price. I will not be renewing here.
Renters beware. Do NOT have any packages delivered, I have a friend who had their packages stolen from someone within the complex, taken right from the door step. The gates don’t work, so anyone can just go right in.

This property is ever unsafe! there is constantly cars getting broke into as well as apartments. There is not type of cameras or security either
Our guest got towed yesterday in a spot that 2 months ago the leasing office told us was visitor parking. There used to be a sign in that area that said it was a visitor spot and with a single post in the office site that we don't get notified of, they moved the spots to just a little bit to the right, and proceeded to tow any and everyone. Not even the maintanance people we called last night knew where the spots were. When we talked to the manager she told us there was nothing she can do-so now we pay 225 for information that's been changed 3 times in the past 3 months with hardly any notification. Our guest stayed here for 3 hours and had to drop off a friend at the airport for a flight to go to his grandfather's funeral in the morning. I guarantee you, if they do not re-imburse us for the tow , I will personally go up to anybody I see at the office thinking to lease here or touring the facilities and tell them what happened to us and suggest not to move here. My boyfriend and our guest are both military and he will make sure to tell his management at work to not suggest this apartment complex to anybody getting stationed in San Antonio. We will make every effort possible to dissuade any new tenants coming to this facility by letting them know this situation.

This place is the absolute worst. The rating shows 4.5 stars and I am more than sure these high reviews are fake. To begin, the front office is HORRIBLE! They are absolutely lazy and can’t take care of a single request. I’ve had so much trouble as a current resident and plan on leaving ASAP once my lease it up. My water and waste have been a combined $200 each month which is more than my electricity which averages close to $100. I’ve explained to the front office on multiple occasions that there is sometime absolutely wrong here. They promised a $50 credit (which isn’t crap) and to send in a work order the meter on my apartment as one person in the office informed me that my water is a lot different than any resident in my building. Also, there was a time a random maintenance guy came into my apartment and my roommate happened to be home. He explained he was there to paint the apartment as his paper (which he showed) indicated our apartment was vacant. Then on another occasion, I came home from work to no electricity! I always pay all my bills ahead of time so I knew that was not the problem. I called CPS to give the property the benefit of the doubt that there was probably an outrage. NOPE! CPS explained my account was current and I should be receiving power. They advised me to contact the property which I did. Come to find out, they said CPS turned the breaker off for my apartment; however, I called CPS back and they explained to me they do not even do that! So basically the property lied me! There’s been so many more small things to complain about but it’s not even worth my time. I’m definitely writing to the BBB to express my frustration and concerns with the front office.

BOTH CAR THEFT (was stolen) AND APARTMENT THEFT HAPPENED AT THE SAME TIME! Lived for barely 9 months and BOTH CAR THEFT (was stolen) AND APARTMENT THEFT HAPPENED AT THE SAME TIME! This is a very unsafe area and there is absolutely no security precaution. The apartment complex is NOT responsible for compensating for the thefts. Valuables were gone as well as the car. There's no point of spending so much without any security protection here. Don't live here. And btw, the police said that this happened to MULTIPLE APARTMENTS WHILE THEY WERE OUT OF TOWN! BE AWARE!

The maintenance staff and the office staff in the front office steals tenants property and blames it on other tenants. The maintenance staff are local criminals. They go into ur apartment without any prior notice. And when complaints is made, they say one of the other neighbors stole it.
I imagine I would have a higher rating for Triomphe if I actually lived there - both the property and the units themselves seem rather nice. So nice, actually, that I wanted to live there. A suitable apartment was found, an application was filled out, and a deposit was left - but two days later I receive a call from the leasing agent informing me that the apartment I left a deposit for was apparently no longer available. As it was explained to me by Amy, the current tenant had already provided his notice to move out and then after promising the apartment to someone else (me), Triomphe decided to allow the tenant to remain. Their solution was to offer me a different apartment, in a worse location, on the first floor only (not an option for me) for the same price. Worse yet, as someone who is trying to find a place in San Antonio for when they move there in 2 months, I am not in a position to go back out there to look at other units without hours of driving. My circumstances and rigidity certainly wouldn't apply to everyone. And mistakes happen and I cannot personally fault any of the individuals involved here. But at the same time I would strongly discourage anyone from leasing or looking into Triomphe as I feel they are untrustworthy - the intent to mislead is immaterial. And while nothing is set in stone until a lease is signed, is that really the kind of attitude you want from the management of where you will be living? The "if you didn't get it in writing it didn't happen" type of relationship? Ironically, though, this was all in writing - but it doesn't matter. To their credit, however, Amy told me that they would not be attempting to cash the application fees or deposit. Although considering it was all for an apartment that was never available...it's not a lot of credit.
I used to live here with my boyfriend and they are amazing. Trash valet actually comes and picks up trash. The gate really works which made me feel a lot safer coming home late at night. They play it by the book here so just make sure your rent is paid on time and you follow the terms in your lease agreement and you won't be sorry!
Everything in this complex is great. From the office staff to the new pool that is in the making. Can't wait for it to be finished. Floor plan is spacious.
