Property Ratings at The Vanderbilt Apartments
Worst apartment experience ever. Apartments are not worth the money at all they are cheap. Maintenance does a horrible job at fixing things. I’ve had to call them numerous times for the same issues to get fixed. They came to fix the bathroom and kitchen drawer one day and the kitchen drawer literally broke the next morning-they had to come fix both drawers numerous of times and blinds numerous of times while I was there for 1.5 years.
My air has been out for 3 days I have a 9 month old baby .. code compliance came this morning and says they have 24 hrs the office has closed for the day and no one still hasn’t showed. I was then told by Jessica the lady in the office to purchase my own window unit as well as self install until maintenance arrive. I asked for corporate number she told me they do not have a corporate office and have me her email address..At this point I’m livid and I’m in the process of getting a lawyer
ROACH && SPIDER INFESTED I’ve been here not even a month yet and I’m ready to break my lease . I’ve been to the office serveral times about repairs and the bug issue and she constantly says ok she going to put me on the list and yet nothing gets done .. I started asking for paper trail and magically maintenance came knocking at my door today ..The ceilings have water damage and I had to cork my entire apartment myself . The pool has not been open since I’ve been here but then again I moved in on the first. They came and bought me a violation he day after I moved in my neighborhood said I was making to much noise like I pay rent just like you I’m not about to tip toe around my apartment. It’s just been a headache living I wouldn’t recommend but then again everyone’s experience is different.
Things have improved a lot since the new owner took over last October. The upgraded apartments are really nice, repairs are getting done quickly, and the office staff is good to work with. Overall, a great community to live.
I really love my new apartment. The leasing office, Ms. Josephine, is very nice, very helpful and attentive. The move in process, the paperwork all super easy. Quiet neighbors and newly renovated apartments. I only wish I’d moved here sooner!
I am not saying that everyone will have my experience, but this is just a heads up. I might be because my apartment is not they newly renovated one, but everything breaks down, even the new stuff they put in are cheap and break. As a person who pays her rent on time if not early, they are really disrespectful. Constant bug problem, especially if you have dirty neighbors like mine.
I just would like to say I haven't moved in yet but the ladies at the office make you want to sign over and over again.Alexa is such a beautiful soul she greet you from the time you walk in until you leave her manger is also a great person the apartments are beautiful and I'm just hoping and praying I'm joining the crew you guys are awesome thanks in advance. And I recommend moving here I know everyone have their way of saying things but I give this place a 10 if I could..
We love living in these apartments. It is a very quiet area and our apartment is very comfortable and very nice. Always the office and maintenance people are very friendly. Thank you for giving me this experience of living for almost 5 years now.
I absolutely love living here. The property is extremely well maintained and the staff are always eager to please and hospitable. The environment is also very freindly and it's honestly just a great place to live. I just want to say thank you to the staff for making it such a great place
Love the area. Very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of near by fine dining places, and a lot of shopping stores. Excellent staff members, always super helpful and friendly. I enjoy my home and love living here.
I just moved to this apartment complex and I think the property is very nice. I especially find the staff working here very welcoming and helpful. I definetly recommend living here.
Please beware, this apartment complex is terrrible. The management is horrible and will charge you fees that they themselves dont know what they are for. They never answer the phone, they take months to fix anything that is broken. Had a roach infestation and even though you pay pest control I had to take care of it myself. This place is certainly not worth the constant battle and headache.
love the management and maintenance team great place to live. I have lived at pioneer crossing for 5 years. and love the area. very peaceful neighborhood.
this is a great place to live and the works in the front office are some nice people they always there when i need help and when i just need to talk AND IF ANYBODY looking for a place to stay you should try out Pioneer Crossing Apartments thank for all the help.....
