This place is actually pretty decent. I just wish maintenance actually fixed the problem in a timely manner. We’ve been without AC in our rooms for almost a month now and it’s HOT outside.

easy going, get you in quick for a low price. for the most part it’s quite but sum nights it could be loud. nice spacious room and nice size bath room.

It has the best prices in statesboro! They make it easy to be able to live on your own as a fulltime college student!! The commute to the colleges isn’t that bad either, ranges between 5-20 minutes depending on way of traveling there!

It’s a nice place of residence. It has a nice pool and gym. Staff is very helpful and Friendly! Nice Office and Living Area. Inside of Apartment provides good living accommodations.

Very nice here and quiet, clean. Like the gym very much also. Neighbors are friendly so are the roommates. The staff will help you with anything they need and convenient of it being open on Saturdays

I love living here. The environment is amazing. The staff make you feel like you are family. I would most definitely renew my lease as soon as signing day comes.
I love the vault because it’s very spacious. It isn’t far from everything. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. It’s also all one bill so I don’t have to worry about more than one bill every month.
I love the vault it’s so welcoming I love the floor plans, the gym, the pool area there’s a lot that they have to offer you just have to explore it

It’s okayish. I currently don’t have any heat or a/c, there’s a bit of mold and mildew in a good bit of area, and my microwave is in need of replacing; however, other than that, I’m doing pretty good living here.

Very happy with my place. The move in process was great! Some things can be upgraded/fixed but I think the new management is starting to do a great job with addressing these. So far the experience is good.

Circuits are incredibly weak. They can't even handle an air fryer and a microwave being on at the same time. The garbage disposal has broken twice. Our ac broke twice and it took them the entire semester to fix it. Overall horrible service. Only good thing to say is it's cheap and the new maintenance guy is cool.

Great place to live and cheap rent. And there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from campus. I’ve lived here for 2 years and haven’t had any problems.

This is not the apartment complex that you want to live in. It’s old broken down and basically falling apart. Guys on motorcycles be making extreme noise every day and you hear gunshots all the time. What you see online is not what you see in person. Do yourself a favor and don’t move in the Vault!!!

I really do enjoy living here my only issue is work orders being taken forever to be completed and when they aren’t completed they just get deleted.

Overall its good and affordable. The fountain water tastes bad though and there is dog poop in the grass. The gym is also very derelict and some machines are either broken of break easily.

The move in process was smooth. The only thing I’ve complained about is the timely manner of the maintenance. They just do not come fast enough but other than that the living expense is great and the process was smooth sailing before moving in.

I can't even hear my roommates through the walls, total plus! My only complaint is the pothole outside one of the exits of the apartment. If they could fix that it would be five stars

Everything was great, i just didnt like my move in because it was still trash in theapartment,and fruit flies, and no shower head! lol other than that its okay. it is very quiet and the cats keep the insects and other critters away.

It’s a good and bad experience good because I like my lil space that I’m in and I enjoy the balcony but bad because there is a mold build up and my water doesn’t get hot and it’s a pest problem

The only reason I give it a 3 is because the outside area needs to be cleaned to much trash in the breezeway! Things on the inside needs to be fixed as well

I love the set up of our apartment. I obviously love that we have our own bathroom per room. I do like that building 700 always keep trash & poop around. Very smelly & unsanitary. The living cost have went up and I don’t think the rent places realize that late fee starting in the 3rd is insane. Most renters give until the 5th at least. But overly I would rate our community a 3/5.

With one of the closest locations to campus and a shuttle, I never worry about getting to my class n time. with being able to sleep in versus people who live off away from campus.

When I was first looking for apartments close to Georgia Southern, others were quite rude and short on the phone but the staff at the Vault were above and beyond in professionalism. I had to change my initial viewing appointment and they were so accommodating. Upon move in, there were no issues that management weren't eager to solve right away or provide a quick solution to. The grounds are always kept trimmed and maintenance does a great job. Management, office staff and maintenance staff are very polite, friendly, professional and efficient in all that they do. I plan to stay at The Vault till college is over because I love it here :)

I have lived at The Vault for almost two years now, and I can honestly say that I really think I am getting the most for my money. Everything in Statesboro is too expensive or too unkempt. You get exactly what you pay for at The Vault, having unlimited utilities included pays for itself.

The vault is an amazing complex to live at. The price for what you get is great and the location is close to campus, grocery stores, etc. The front office staff and management is extremely friendly and will always work with you if you have any problems come up. Maintenance will come to fix whatever work order you had put in early the next morning, when they come they always wear a mask and make sure to wait a few minutes after knocking instead of just barging in. The kitchen is a great size compared to most other complexes in statesboro, there is a lot of counter space which is important when it comes to living with roommates. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, bed storage, and built in desks which helps save a lot of space in the room for other things you might want to add instead of having bulky furniture sticking out. Their roommate matching is great, the person I was randomly placed with ended up becoming one of my best friends and we are just alike. Overall the vault is one of the best complexes you could consider in the area! They are always updating things and cleaning up the outside areas to maintain its cleanliness for residents.
