Property Ratings at The Venue at Greenville
I love my apartment and the scenery of the beautiful green trees, and affordable I am going to refer family and coworkers.
I never made a request so they entered without my permission and did not leave a note I am a single woman and that makes me extremely uncomfortable.
For the most part the community is quiet and clean.
When I moved in there were a couple of things that needed to be fixed. Like the patio floor is really dangerous to wear I'm scared to step outside. There are several floor boards that are Rotten and are coming up and needs to be replaced with new flooring, also the railing is very loose can't hold on to it to hard you might fall too. The Garbage disposal still needs fixed along with hallway closet door. I have entered all of this in my walk through lease agreement and I was told that it was entered into a maintenance request I have also called several times about my concerns about this. I was told that it would be fixed. I am still waiting for it to be fixed this is very dangerous. If me or a family member fall down through the floors that will not look good on the apartments end.
Like I mentioned before, I never met with the maintenance personnel.
I would recommend living in this apartment because I feel safe. I enjoy the ideal of an active security force. I don't hear or see any evidence of drug traffic or prostitution in or in the vicinity of the complex.
upgrades to me are important. Carpet, washer/dryer hookups etc would be nice
because there is a serious need for kitchen upgrades as well as bathroom upgrades.
Peaceful environment, with app the conveniences u need around the community. Affordable living, and a current resident recommended that I move here and like it as well.
I would recommend Bc it' quiet and no roaches. But I have seen a lot of white spiders.
It's in a good location, the office personel are the absolute best, and the rent is not to high
I would recommend them because I think it is a great complex that is not so big that it can be managed properly and cleaner than most of the larger complex's surrounding it.
You get a lot of bang for your buck is the largest unit I seen and the least expensive and a good neighborhood
I would recommend it because it provides a laundry site a swimming pool and also a gym that not a lot of other apartments provide
The staff was definitely informative and attentive every step of the way when needed at any time I had a question needing answered. So, would highly recommend to anyone seeking a new place to call home.
there seems to be a lack of concern from other residents about the noise level of racing their motors when leaving the complex. This can be very loud at times and very unnerving while trying to sleep. A positive would be that this is a very clean and well-groomed property with a management team that is always respectful and professional.
I would recommend it because everyone seems so friendly, great location, and the apartments themselves are nice.
I would recommend this community because the staff is very comprehensive and lovely. The community I well kept & had all the essential amenities all in the ideal neighborhood.
Cons- since there is no assigned spaces for residents, the lots on my half of the property get about 90% capacity after 9pm and that can be stressful on days where I want to go out to know that I may not find parking within a reasonable distance from my building. The buildings that are closest to the creek are at risk of their cars being submerged in the event of an overflow in the creek during a flood. So due to that I wouldn't recommend living here if you can't get a unit that is not immediately next to it. Since I think the rent prices don't vary between having a unit in buildings that have the creek immediately behind them.
quite area, near city limit close to mall, grocereis and parks.
Staff was friendly and residents reacted to staff in a positive manner while touring property.
From the warm welcome to the extensive knowledge of the property, and the professionalism of Cindy, are the reasons I would gladly recommend this property to family and friends.
It's a good place to stay. I lived here for two years and would have stayed longer but my dream of owning a home took priority.
Yes!The office staff and maintenance are amazing! They are very professional and get things done in a timely matter.
Very courteous staff. Willing to help in any way. Thanks Eli.
I would be all the way forward about the deposit because money is very important to both parties. I wasn'??t told I would have to wait for corporate to decide when they will give my money order back
I would love to recommend this place because of how clean and safe the community is. I'??m confident that if anyone comes inquiring about this place, Cindy will offer the best solution for anyone that walks in.
I love the community, the only thing is that the bottom part of it does not seem as safe as the gated area. I am really excited of living there, but the only reason I'm getting 1 bedroom and studio is for the gate.
Low-cost rentals tend to attract low-income residents. Unfortunately a good many of these are loud-mouthed people, of all races and cultures, who fail to realize that their fellow rent-paying neighbors seek peace and quiet. My neighbor living next door to me is a chain smoker. While I think you'd appreciate her stepping out of apartment to smoke, she also, unfortunately, brings her loud phone conversations, and occasional in-house and guest conversations with her too. And just this past Monday morning, at about 2 AM, somebody driving in thought it funny to crank up his car stereo at high volume. Sure enough, I had a hard time going back to sleep after that. Oh, the interesting people who live here.
Great place. Clean. Quiet. No loitering. Reasonably priced. Love it.
Staff goes out of their way to help and make us comfortable
I love it here! It's quiet. Clean. Wish there was assigned parking. But overall it's pretty great!
Usually when we put a request in it is handled in a timely manner.
I'm a little afraid of the safety around here, especially having 3 little ones by myself. So, I wouldn't recommend to a single female.
My experience with the leasing personnel (Cindy) was great and would recommend the place solely on my interaction and professionalism the office folks provided me.
I'm new to Dallas, so I don't know a lot of people, but I would recommend to the people that I know.
Very professional personal in the rent office, friendly environment, and they have a nice gym
I like that the Building I am in is quiet and have friendly neighbors. So far so good in keeping it peaceful.
The property is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The space is abundant. The agents made me feel like family.
yes
There is always a problem with the parking lot. There are cars with expired stickers and remain in the property. There are also cars the tenants dont move in months but still there. Office people opens the office after 10 am on Saturdays. I ve seen three times because I waited until 10:15 am and no one show up.
Eli was so awesome! He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He made me feel welcome and I appreciate that so much
I would recommend this apartment company because all the agents were very helpful. They explained every detail, the apartments are nice and the environment is so peaceful and quiet!
I would recommend this apartment complex because of the well maintained layout and the affordability of the living here.
The apartment unit is not in great condition. While the oven/cooktop appear to be fairly new, the refrigerator grinds constantly. The toilet mechanisms need to be completely replaced. There is not a level surface in the unit. And the apartment faces due West, so the setting sun overheats the apartment quickly and the A/C unit cannot kee up. Consequently, there are times when being in the apartment is unbearable.

The dog stations have no bags and there isn't enough of them. Residents leave animal feces
The cleanliness of the apartment want absolutely not up to par. The floors, counter tops, and showers definitely did not look as if they had the proper attention during cleaning, and there are many places on the walls where you can tell they just painted over nail spots rather than repairing them. Additionally, for a "gated" community, we have found that it's very easy to get it where the gate ends, and besides that, the gates are open most of the time. I don't know if someone in the complex messes with the gates to get them to stay open or what, but it's nevertheless irritating. Overall, however, the apartment is exactly what we wanted for a starter place, and the location is great. We generally love living here.
I would recommend it to my friends. My initial request the young lady was very rude. She closed the door on me when she is the one who initially called me and told me my key for my mailbox was ready. But Saroya took care of me. the manager was very helpful and kind.
The management is constantly changing. The complex is not being taken care of now compared to when I moved here in 2005. I love the location of the property, because it is centrally located for my husband and I.
