The Venue is exactly what we were looking for in an apartment home. It is just the right size community without being too large. It seems to be pretty well maintained and attractive, especially in the pool and relaxation area. It would be nice if there were fans in the breezeway to keep the air moving, especially in the summer. I love that they offer garage and storage spaces for rent. There is open parking all around the buildings which makes it convenient for access to your apartment from different breezeways. I have seen no security person on the property. There is no gated entrance which is not a problem. The Venue has a range of lease options and prices and presents a good quality product in apartment rentals in my opinion.

Great customer service staff and maintenance. However, management is phony and only responds to you when it suits them. If you ask a major request you get ignored until you just give up. I preferred never dealing with management after my initial lease signing. Then when a major issue came up - I was treated like I was the bad guy - until I myself came up with a resolution. My resolution was misguided and I should have just moved out.
I love the location, and I feel safe here. Maintenance is great, and for the most part the office staff is too. It's these paper thin walls and inconsiderate neighbor that saddens me. I've complained numerous times, and I'm tired of smelling cigarette smoke and being woke up/kept up due to the stomping and all the noise above me. Like right now, it's 3:45am! I'm ready to move, but I just got here. ??
I love living here. The moment I walked in the office and toured the property it felt like home. The entire staff and maintenance are friendly and do a phenomenal job. I’ve never lived in a complex where everyone including maintenance was so on top of things. My neighbors are amazing as well. Great place to love for sure!

The venue Craig ranch is cheaply made and put together so many Electrical problems causing electric bill to be sky high I can’t even take a hot shower for more than five minutes without the water turning completely cold
This place is fantastic! Tyler, Emily and Rebekah go above and beyond. I moved here from out of state and started the process earlier this summer. The minute I stepped onto the property and into the office, I knew this was going to be my next home. Tyler was so friendly, professional and personable as well as Rebekah and Emily were on top of a minor request I had upon move-in and took care of it within 24 hours. Everything is expensive in the area right now, continuing to increase in price so I took time looking into a variety of places. The Venue by far has the best options, space, upgrades, cleanliness, etc and the friendliest staff. I've had the opportunity to meet a few of my neighbors who are wonderful as well and this place is peaceful and quiet. I'm loving the choice I made!

The Venue at Craig Ranch apartment complex has excellent service workers at the front desk who are always ready to help someone. Additionally, all of the amenities are very well kept and the hours of use for them accommodates most people schedules.
Tyler and the rest of the office staff are dynamic at what they do and they care! Its nice to see people who take pride in their job and the safety of others!
It is wonderful here! The layout and appearance of the apartment is spectacular, the office is fantastic, and the location is a dream. Couldn't be happier!

We were very glad when we chose The Venue Craig Ranch but our move in experience was not good. Due to bad weather, The elevator was shut down when we moved in (4rth floor) so we had to pay double for moving cost. Also we have roof leaks (in living room) where a ticket was opened and still not fixed.
The Venue Craig Ranch is a beautiful, luxury apartment community. If you are looking for a place to live with fantastic staff members and management, not to mention wonderful customer service, this is the place for you. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience moving in and are satisfied with your new home. Great community feel.
The apartments themselves are really nice. The finishes and layout are great. My room and closet are huge which is great. Downfall is location. Its nearly impossible to make a left turn onto Custer. The walls are also extremely thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors when they shower, flush the toilet, are doing the dishes etc. Hearing walking is normal but I should not be hearing when they flush the toilet.
My Wife and I have lived at The Venue Craig Ranch since November 2019. We really liked the property during our tour, and discussed on our drive back to where we were living at the time to move here. Needless to say, we filled out the application and applied for our apartment home the same day after our tour. It has been great call The Avenue Craig Ranch our home for the last year to 18-months.

This is an apartment where I feel safe, especially since I am a senior. Its a quiet community and so far the people I have met (due to Corniavirus) have been friendly.
Leadership property management and maintenance has always been friendly, timely, and responsive.
