With its lush, garden-like landscaping and premier shopping centers, Biltmore is considered by many to be one of Phoenix’s most acclaimed residential communities. The neighborhood is home to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, a resort with incredible golfing and innovative culinary restaurants, surrounded by the city’s most upscale homes.
Biltmore is at the heart of the Financial District – so you bet there will be modern office spaces, high-rise apartments, and luxury boutiques everywhere you turn. Biltmore Fashion Park is located at the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback Road. This open-air shopping plaza features brands like Ralph Lauren, Stuart Weitzman, and Jonathan Adler among numerous white-glove service restaurants.
Adjacent to the mall is the Camby Hotel’s award-winning restaurant Artizen – which is run by Chef Dushryant Singh, a “Best Upcoming Chef” nominee by Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame.

We're so glad to know you've had a positive experience with our staff and community here at The Venue on Camelback Apartments! We strive for top-notch service, and it's wonderful to see that reflected during your time with us. Thank you for sharing this feedback - we appreciate it!
They charged me 400 for pet rent when I moved out. I don't have any pets. The only animal that shed in that apartment is me. I argued with them and they said they have photographic proof. I am wondering which apartment they switched for mine. I took pictures too, and zero pets

It sounds like there may have been some confusion regarding your move-out, and I would like to step in and see what we can do to work towards a solution here. Would you mind giving me a call when time allows? Thank you, April Zermeno - Property Manager - 602-264-7444
Don't waste your time too. Tried to rent a unit today listed available soon. after my money was taken and application filled out, a leasing agent said it wouldn't be available for another 3 weeks after I took a tour and chose to proceed. Later found out another of the same unit would become available sooner, yet still only suggested a unit on another floor which I was clear I was not interested in, but it was not offered as a solution. Now I'm out my background check fee of $50+tax and left with a hard inquiry on my credit. Letting a potential resident know these time infractions were possibilities could have saved a negative review. Do better.

This place is disgusting, and management will turn a blind eye to any service requests.
HIGHLY recommend you find accommodations elsewhere. There is no urgency or team communication to resolve issues when they arise. Constant plumbing issues and when you put in maintenance requests, they get closed and go unattended with no follow ups. AC also went out and they placed large generators in the parking lot that now make a lot of noise, affecting quality of sleep. There was no communication sent out that this would happen and now they've been there going on a month. There are roaches...enough said about that topic. Amenities sometimes are inaccessible because door knobs are broken and your key won't get you in. Pool sometimes looks questionable as if they are cleaned improperly. ONLY great thing about this place is the location.
no gas, no hot or flowing water, AC Evap not fixed within 24 hours desert state that is a requirement. Also maintenance ticket say there resolve when the issue is still there. The numerous apps, charges, and taxes
Do not movein here at all. 1. infested with roaches 2. Informed 100 times for each requests. 3 . Taking out kitchen cabinets to fix and never returned 4. Extremely useless management. No help from them creating more confusions and had to reach out 100 times for the smallest of the things to get fixed. 5. Worst internet. 6. The maintenance guy was highly drunk and stinking when visited the apartment. The list will go on and on.
DO NOT RENT HERE! Management is awful and does not care about renters. Maintenance requests NEVER get fixed unless you cause a scene in the office. We went 2 weeks without a working air conditioner and even after it was “fixed” it didn’t blow and cool air and the apartment was stuck at 80°. The thermostat is from the ‘70s and doesn’t work either. There are holes in the ceiling and cabinets. Overall the living experience is awful. Pools are never clean, trash in the parking lot and scattered next to the large trash cans. You can also hear rodents running around in the ceilings.
I have been living here since March, and I will not be renewing my lease. There is a rodent infestation living in the walls/vents that maintenance does not seem to care about. I have to place multiple work service requests just to get a response, and even then nobody seems to do anything about it. My kitchen oven has not been working for weeks even though I have put in multiple service requests in. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Only good thing about this apartment is the location.
This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management is unresponsive and add erroneous charges to your rent without explanation. This place is only interested in grabbing whatever money they can from you in exchange for lame and lax management and rules that are inconsistent and do not make sense.
Its an old building with a fun retro feel. The building itself is fine. Im not a fan of the valet trash. Ive tried it a couple times and didnt seem to get the trash collected. I prefer to just take it to the dumpster myself any way. I dont feel comfortable having some one else have to clean up my trash. I wish there was a way to make valet trash an option and not a mandatory service you maintain to pay for since Im always taking my trash to the dumpster. For the most part the maintaince staff have been helpful. There is one specific one Jose who has opened and closed my maintance request with out actually coming out here to fix the problem, and then when actually did to fix it he did a very poor job. There was a short in my kitchen light fixture and it took a whole month to get resolved. It was really frustrating and hard bringing lamps over into my kitchen at night when I had to use the kitchen. I also thinks its a little frustrating that were fined if we dont keep our patios clean of trash and debris but the landscape people are always blowing debris and trash into our patios with there leaf blowers. Overall I wouldnt say its the worst place in the world, but it does make me wanna see if there is some where else better than here.
This is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone! This complex has NO urgency to supply tenants with basic necessities such as water, pest free living, cooling, or trash clean up.
Disappointing to say the least. They're charging me for tub resurfacing, which I might add NOBODY HAS EVER DONE, this is ridiculous!
do not move here unless you like roaches and mice and rats and no management available to help
Poor, poor, poor maintenance and very poor office management.
This is by far the WORST apartment complex Ive lived in. The office staff lacks professionalism and respect for the residents, ignoring phone calls and refusing to set appointments. The parking lot is overcrowded and scattered with thrown-out furniture, with very limited guest parking. Property services, such as dumpster emptying and weed blowing, occur loudly as early as 0500 with no consideration for the residents. I cannot wait to move out.
The worst Let’s start with the pros: 1. Amazing location! 2. Price based on location is pretty decent. Now the cons: 1. The place is broken down, and almost inhabitable. There are roaches all over the place, since the day we moved in. My husband would set traps to almost no avail. GROSS. 2. The pipes in the place are subject to regular bursting. On 3 occasions the dishwasher flooded our living room, and one time the bathroom pipes burst. This resulted in a drawn out fix (“covid”) and they decided that repairing the carpet (that was removed due to flood) was not essential to repair. Till the day we moved out the carpet was never repaired. 3. There are cops on the property at the very least once a week. Mostly domestic violence cases, some drug incidents, all pretty busy scenes. Not fun with our daughter living there. Very unsafe! 4. The maintenance team was lackluster. Up until the last 3 months before we left, every time there was a maintenance request it was some one new! One even warned me against living there when I was a brand new tenant. Besides the bunk repairs around the apartment, they would close requests before they were completed. We eventually stopped making requests which I of course was later scolded for. 5. The front desk staff plays a good part when you are moving in. Concerns attended to, emails returned. By month 5 it was like pulling teeth. David M. is the most attentive, but even he lost interest in assisting us towards the end. Crystal B. was communicative until she got our new address to send us a bill they were bound to cook up. She made a call to me, with a promise to return a call to me to answer some questions I had. NEVER HEARD BACK. Nope just received a bill for $630 siting the carpet that they never repaired (because I didn’t continue to follow up with repairs) and other garbage. I tried to write emails requesting help on this bill, and I have not heard back from anyone. Poor business practices. We paid our rent on time, if not early, EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Even when they offered “relief” during covid, WE PAID EVERY TIME! 6. I had a walk through scheduled with the head of maintenance the day before our move out date, while our lease was still ACTIVE, and when we arrived the doors locks were changed, locking us out of our leased and paid for apartment. And the “walk through” was deemed completed, with no sign off from us, and we never were able to meet the maintenance manager we were scheduled with.
It great. My sister used to live here. And they are so nice.
The management is so unprofessional they can’t decide who is assistant and who is actually the real manager the place is infested disgusting please think twice
Maintenance has been great! I love the staff! Great people!!
Very limited parking space, homeless hanging around by the pools, horrible plumbing, unecessary fees for everything, rent price over rated, overall bad place. I moved here because of the location and when I began my lease utilities were included, this year that changed..I can't wait to get out of here in January
Unmatchable location and price for this area. It is an older complex that requires some difficult management and maintenance which are satisfied to the highest degree possible. All staff are friendly and responsive.
Not a good experience
No communication from front office when you have a problem, they make up arbitrary rules for each apartment, AC never works, remodels look good but are poorly done, outlets don't work properly, bugs in a lot of apartments, laundry rooms are never clean, drains don't drain, public spaces are always dirty from leaking trash being carried off by the mandatory "trash service," elevators are dirty, stairwells are dirty and haven't been cleaned the entire time I've lived here. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Horrible just waiting for my lease to be over and Im out of here
Staying at this apartment complex was by far the worst Ive ever had. It was made clear to me through lack of response and action that my issues with the living space were not a priority.
Maintenance was great! Whole staff is so nice and helpful! Its been great and i would recommend to anyone!
7 days without being able to use my bath room.
I enjoy my apartment and the community. My only issue has stemmed from the neighbor calling the front office when I first moved into the complex. I was outside and she was talking to me when she called; however, she never said anything to me directly. I thought that was ridiculous. It really doesn't have anything to do with the Venue directly.
es reconfortante vivir en la comunidad, es un lugar muy céntrico, comercios, restaurantes y centros de diversión muy cerca, que hacen la vida más fácil.
You may have to ask multiple times for things to get done. All I can say, is be persistent.
Quiet, friendly and clean community where staff treat tenants respectfully.
Get your own renters insurance. The one through the apartment doesnt cover personal belongings that get damaged if anything happens.
I was happy with the service up until now. The handling of complaints needs a serious update.
