The Venue Townhomes

I’m pretty sure we will be living here for years. When we first moved to KC from Los Angeles a few years ago we have been from bad homes and bad management. The Venue has been sooooo amazing we couldn’t imagine moving anywhere anytime soon. We’ve even convinced others to move here ??

I am a new resident at The Venue and I couldn’t be any happier. The staff goes beyond measures to ensure that you have a smooth application and move-in process.

Very clean, very easy process. There was a little hiccup with the unit we wanted to rent, but sounds like there was just some miscommunication. Other than that, smooth process from start to finish.

At first I thought 1339 sq ft for me and my 3 young kids wouldn’t be enough, but this feels like plenty of space for all of us! I love my townhome. It’s clean and has nice appliances that sing lol My kids love the space as well, even the unfinished basement. I can’t hear my neighbors next door and I find there’s enough storage for us. Overall, I’m very pleased.

So far I have been at the Venue for about 1 1/2 weeks and I can say I love it. The office staff is friendly, the neighborhood is peaceful, everyone is respectful with their pets, and I have very pleasant neighbors. I am more than please with my decision of moving from my previous townhome to here.

Move-in process was super easy. I was a little upset that we did not get a unit with a patio and basement but the team was helpful. Excited to be a part of the community and enjoy the great amenities at the Venue

Very nice place and people thus far. Kori has been very helpful. Quiet place with nice access to convenient shopping and food. It has green space and is dog friendly

After living here for a few months I can honestly say this is a great location to start and raise a family. The staff and maintenance personnel are so courteous and upstanding with any issues that come up.

Amazing community to live in! Everyone is so friendly and maintenance always makes sure you’re taken care of! Definitely recommend to everyone!

The venue is a beautiful place to live very friendly neighbors and a very short drive to the store. When we first toured we loved the 2 bed but ended up in a 3 bed wanting the bigger space.

The Venues in such a great location. There’s a great, lovely trail to walk on right behind it with beautiful views. The staff is really nice and move in was a breeze. Can’t wait to try out the pickle ball courts!

Beautiful Community, leasing staff are sweet and kind, so glad I found this community! The amenities are great, I can work out anytime I please!

Friendly Staff, Beautiful Layout, Several Amenities, Great Location. The homes have so many features unlike other communities. Walking tails are always a plus.

Very easy move in process and very welcoming. The location and condition of the property is amazing! Loving it! I would definitely recommend this property to those looking for a lovely rental community that’s pet and family friendly.

Most everything is good. Floors creek a bit. The pool was supposed to open a few weeks ago and is still not open and we have not received any updates as to why it’s not open, or when it will be open. Pretty disappointed since we are paying an amenity fee and can’t use the amenities.

We have been here for about a week now, and it is a beautiful neighborhood! Apartments are spacious, modern, and gorgeous! Can't wait to see our future in this new place after getting fully settled in.

Overall it’s been a great experience! Maintenance is great and fast, and there’s fun things around holidays that they’ve and provide to the residents! The pool has been super delayed in opening though!

I have only been living here a few weeks , but So far it’s been very quiet which I love. Can’t wait for the pool to be open, hoping this will be done soon .

Love the location, how quiet the neighborhood is and really enjoy our neighbors. The staff is always responsive and friendly. Most importantly, our dog loves it here.

The neighbors are so friendly! I love walking my dogs and stopping to talk to other dog owners that have patience while mine adjust. The balcony is our favorite spot for dinner!

The move in process was simple and easy, the person who helped us was very attentive and quick to respond with our questions and even called us back with the answers to questions she didn’t know.

We absolutely love The Venue!!!! All of the leasing staff were super helpful getting us into our new home. We couldn’t thank them enough!!!!

The website led us to believe that all Beaumonts have a basement but apparently only some of them do and it was confusing and caused an issue on move in day. The 2 office attendants stayed and made sure everything was corrected and we got the floor plan we were originally expecting. They did a great job, just giving 4 stars because the website does not make it clear there exist floorplans not shown on their advertisement.

Brand new beautiful townhomes right off North Cass parkway which makes it so easy to just jump on highway and get where you need to be. Close enough to restaurants, shopping, and all your needs.

The town home is nice and comfortable. Spacious closets, the rooms are roomy, just a nice, cozy place to call home. The units are close, but far enough apart to where you feel you have your own space. The modern appeal is nice, but not over done. 2 baths with one being a open walk in shower and the other a tub are nice bathing options to have. The deck from the back room that technically could be a bedroom is nice. That back room makes for a nice, relaxing, zen type space. All in all, The Venue townhomes are more than a place to live but a place to come home to, unwind and enjoy the beautiful nature outside. The office people make the lease signing a breeze and make you feel welcome to the community.

My family and I love this community. Well laid out homes for easy access to recreational areas for kids to explore, morning runs. We can’t forget the proximity of this beautiful place to everyday store for needs.

Great community! Lived here since end of November, but have started to notice the homes weren’t built greatly. We’ve had issues with plumbing leaks, pests coming in, and the water flow of the half bath toilet. Started to notice that the paint is chipping in the showers on the shower head and drain and the wall paper or paint is starting to bubble downstairs.

Love the area, close to alot of things but still far away from the traffic. Staff is really nice. I feel safe when I need to walk my dog at night.

Easy application and approval process, love the clean and up to date townhomes, lots of different floor plan options to fit your needs, great amenities and great customer service.

At first we loved the home with the house amenities but as time has gone by we are seeing a lot of issues with the townhome. The wall paint is awful as you barely touch the wall and it leaves a mark. Should have used a more durable paint. The house is settling as our guest bedroom door doesn’t shut at all and sticks when you try to close it.

Very beautiful community, quiet area, the fixtures are the best part. Kind of gives off a hotel-like look. Trash is easily accessible and gym is open 24/7

The Venue is the most beautiful and unique place that I have ever lived so cozy and quiet with its spacious rooms and beautiful interior it make a wonderful place to relax and enjoy

It’s a great community here. It’s a lot of fun here. Even though there is construction, I don’t hear it at all. Am not a fan of the construction piles in the road.

The staff in the office is very professional and very sweet . The move in process was very easy . I signed my lease online and then went to pick up my keys . The unit was clean upon arrival and everything was ready to go

moving in was smooth. we were able to call at anytime during business hours and get the help we needed. and if they didn't know the answer they would immediately send an email and ensure we had an answer to our question or concern. we love the home and are grateful to be a part of the venue community here in raymore!

The Venue it's self is great. Staff is amazing and friendly. Any issues they are there and respond quickly. However the townhouse could have been better. There are several flaws within the unit. Thats all on the contractor/builders, but still a little pricey for the size and how poorly built the unit is.

Nice and new with luxury amenities as well as upscale features to units. Property location is just a couple miles from food and shopping. Do wish they had dog stations throughout the property to dispose of their business.

Loving the peace and friendly neighbors mailbox in front of our place and not a long walk to get to the dumpster. Very clean environment lots of room in our new home

Neighborhood is great!!! Really wish it wasn’t on a literal highway but it is what it is!!! The dog park is rather small and the playground is average!!

We just signed our lease and have started our move. So far everything is perfect!!! The amenities are exactly what I’m looking for and I get to keep our family dog regardless of breed.
