My living experience here is great I love the community and the nearby stores and all of the restaurants and activities that are close by I like that the transit center is right outside of the complex if you choose not to use your vehicle

I’m a new resident. The application and deposit process was seamless and the staff in the leasing office were very helpful. The apartment is nice and everything is going great so far!

Just renewed my lease,it is my second year at The Verandahs.Thank you everyone from the leasing team to the maintenance team! Again thank you!!! You guys are the best of the best.

It’s a delightful space in a location nicely tucked away from busy roads. Mostly friendly people and reasonable facilities. The neighbourhood can be lively though. And it’s not entirely safe from local crime. It’s unfortunate that the security cameras are little more than a visual deterrent.

I just renewed my lease again. I'm 8 year's at the same place, speaks for itself. I am very happy here and the convince to stores, restaurants and buses is always a plus.The management continues to deliver professional services and the maintenance department just as well

The complex is very nice,the maintenance and rental office staff are friendly, professional and efficient. I love where I live and I will always renew my lease,

My family and i love are home here. Everything is very clean and up to date. Very spacious and comfortable. Nice and cozy with a fire place, and we’re on the 3rd floor which is really nice when we want to relax on the balcony. I go out there every day.

Very spacious living space great value. Pool is nice and good workout space . Quite most times. Large parking spaces. Pet friendly poop bags for everyone to use.

The office staff is top tier hands down! Ms. Angie coached me through my process and gave me a pep talk to keep me positive after my move had been delayed. Open communication, timely, and professional. Thank you Team Verandahs for everything! My Catbaby and I love our new place!

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful! The maintenance team is always there to help as well. People are friendly and pets are friendly too.

The neighborhood is lovely and the staff are so, so wonderful. It’s like a little oasis in the middle of the city. You get the best of both worlds!

Nicely located community amongst the trees and easy walking distance to good amenities. Feels safe, and is clean for the most part. The small gym and pool areas would benefit from some investment considering the size of the community they serve. The clubhouse is generally not for residents, unlike in other places.

Excellent place, quite neighborhood, very clean place, staff very friendly, apartment very big, nice kitchen, I recommend this place to leave.

I haven't had any problems with anyone since I been here. I absolutely love Angie she always help me out she's the best. If I need something done in my unit they are usually quick to fix it.

We have found a comfortable place to call home. Our building is very quiet. We have nice neighbors. Our maintenance guys and our front office folks are the best.

Complex is quiet except for traffic noise. Staff are kind and responsive. Four instead of five stars because considering location and quality/size of apartment, it is very expensive.

The people are wonderful here. Neighbors are very polite. My family also love the people here. Especially the leasing office team, they are very helpful and nice. Thank you.

A pretty nice place to live! Occasional noise issues (children playing outside, school functions with megaphones) but otherwise no issues. Leasing office is very helpful in my experience. Rent is comparable to area.

I didn't bring much furniture with me, so I spent a considerable amount of time shopping on-line and with local merchants. On the second day, a hot water line burst in the utility room, creating some excitement!.It also took some time to acquaint myself with basic services (like the advanced thermostats). All in all, I found the administrative and support staff to be friendly. And the natural beauty of the surroundings is a major positive advantage.

Everyone is awesome and I love it here. The people are wonderful. It's a safe community and I will definitely recommend my friends. Thank you.

My partner and I were new to the area and looking at various apartment complexes, immediately we were taken with the location and the kindness of the staff. I will say that Alexa made this transition easy and effortlessly. The apartment is beautiful, the apartment complex is central and close to various grocery stores and shops. 10/10 recommend!!

The staff are great, they do their best, but the parent company just wants to jack up the rent and never fix anything. They need to hire like 5 more maintenance people.

Very quiet, nice apartment, no bugs. Staff is very friendly, every neighbor I met has been incredibly nice. Free parking, clean grounds. Only thing is the dog poop stations need more bags.

It has been absolutely great living here the area is quiet the neighbors are friendly the property is clean the stores are close by and the rental office staff is awesome, lastly and the most important part is the maintenance staff is friendly, competent and your work orders get taken care of quickly I love where I reside and have no intention of relocating any time soon

Very responsive to tenant requests and concerns. Maintenance staff is top notch and the front office professionals are always helpful and friendly.

It has only been 2 months but so far things have been great. We have had a couple of issues and maintenance responded quickly. It is very quiet and people are very friendly. We just had one incident of noise when we first arrived from a party, but so far nothing else that has come up.

I've enjoyed my time at the Verandahs. My unit is spacious and my neighbors have been courteous. Apartment repairs have been completed in a timely manner. I've found the office and maintenance staff to be professional, personable and forthright.

the community is clean, well run and the neighbors are all good respectful and responsible. when you have any issues they have maintenance and they come quick to fixed any problems.

we just moved in a week ago and so far it is wonderful, it is a very quiet area. We haven't gotten to use the pool and gym yet but we are looking forward to it. The staff we have encountered are fantastic.

I have lived at the Verandahs for 3 years. The staff in the rental office have always been kind and helpful. The maintenance staff have responded quickly when I have had an urgent service request and in a normal amount of time for regular requests. The property is beautiful and the day porter and lawn care staff do a good job to keep it looking nice. The only thing that really bothers me is how often the trash compactor breaks and the nasty mess when the trash piles up.

Great office staff, very responsive and professional. One of the few offices that personally answers phone calls versus allowing automated to answer calls and questions.

pretty good apartment and community, no major concerns or complaints. pretty minimal fitness center but it is free so :P responsive leasing office and maintenance as well

Overall a great place to live. The surrounding woods have nice trails, although they are highly littered by residents who don’t clean up after themselves, but I’m sure that happens everywhere. Great location, close to everything you could need. And the staff is very accommodating.

I love my home . The residents in my building and around me r great . Nice people and that's what u want .I appreciate all the work from the maintenance team and the construction crew . On time and timely manner. All 3 staff member that work in the office r respectful, kind and always willing to listen. I enjoy my home in a great area and close to bus and shopping center thank u all !!

Very fast service when we need it, and very friendly, understanding office staff. Convenient to pay rent, submit trouble tickets etc. area is very nice.

I've lived here for quit a while and I think that speaks for itself.its a great place to live close to grocery stores gas stations and the bus is right outside of the community if your car became unavailable

I have nothing but good things to say about where I live . The Verandahs Apartment I've been here almost two years and I staff is great all 3 woman n the in the office, maintenance guys r great and if I have any problems they come In a timely fashion The husband and wife construction workers and their team are great!! I appreciate them all!!! I have great neighbours and the grounds r getting worked on . I'm grateful for my place.

everything is so wonderful & peaceful where I live. Friendly neighbors & great staff. The buildings are very neat & landscaping is kept up to par. Love it.

It’s okay, just could be a little cleaner. Some areas have trash consistently (garbage bags left for days). Also sometimes the trash dump is full. Wish there were multiple areas to dump trash.

The verandahs is a great place to live. Angie at the leasing office is the best!!! Only issue is that the buildings are wood everything so floors creak and my dog can shake the place when he jumps.

The community itself is great. It's clean, beautiful scenery, lots of parking. neighbors are friendly for the most part, but I would definitely choose the upper unit. I have noticed that the neighbors above us are super loud (all hours of the night & day). Besides this problem, the apartment complex is great. This is my boyfriend's first apartment and he loves it. If your looking for a first time apartment this is great! Angie at the leasing office is fantastic and the sweetest. She goes above & beyond for people. I would rate this 5 stars if it wasn't for my upstairs neighbors.

The lady’s in the office are always attentive to their residences inquiries. Whenever I put in a request it is thoroughly noted and handled very quickly and the correct way. I’ve been here for almost a year and plan to be here for a while.

I have lived here for a year, and I would say that the community has a competitive price/friendly management. The management responses quickly to issues and easy to talk to. I would recommend living here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst place to live. Horrible management. Even worse maintenance. They are really out for your money. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The rent is overpriced. The apartment is old. I lived here for 4 years and it was absolute nightmare. If you're looking for mice and mold with a hint of money sucking leeches in the office you've found your dream place other wise, forget about it! You would hate this place. They nickel and dime everything. They took away our deposit when we left and THEN charged us over $1000. I am so happy to leave this place.

When you call my complex's rental office, you hear a message that touts their apartments as LUXURY apartments! Well, the kitchens are boxes, not more than two adults at a time please, and then you need to maneuver around each other! The cabinetry is dated, as are the counters. They offered me an "upgraded" kitchen for an additional $50/month tacked onto my rent. I accepted. They came in and spray painted faux granite on the old counter-tops, painted the existing cabinets a chocolate brown, and put in the cheapest stainless steel appliances they could find (STILL no microwave!). Flash forward 5 months and my faux granite counter-tops are peeling, as are my painted over cabinets. I have been in this apartment for 5 years and had to BEG to have my carpet changed! Management CONSTANTLY changes, and what you get is hit or miss! You could have an excellent management staff for a period of time, and then for whatever reason, you have a new staff and the management sucks! The LUXURY apartments also taut a swimming pool - more like a swimming POND! It is only 5 feet deep and TINY! There will be no lap swimming unless you are a child! For the money they charge, I would look elsewhere! THAT'S why I am on apartments.com now!!!
