Property Ratings at The Versailles Apartment Homes
This complex WAS absolutely amazing. Good staff friendly neighbors just a great neighborhood. NOW that the ownership changed it is a nightmare. I never heard about a single break in the first 3 years here now there have been 2 since March. 1 apartment and 1 car and I know the car was by residents. Not to mention residents have been served warnings for posting negative things on Facebook talk about censorship. Now guests that arent liked by management for personal reasons are being removed and banned for a year. If you wanna move here because of the amenities dont they arent open but the staff gets to use them and we the residents who pay to live here cant. Neighbors arent as friendly cause we are pissed. I know of plenty of apartments that will be available this year cause theres a new moving truck a week with someone leaving. These apartments were lovely and they were perfect and I thought we would stay here forever but this management team will harass you for a 60 notice starting 95 days before your lease is up. I know about a few residents that will be suing the manager and the company for 1 reason or another and I wish them all good luck. Maybe if corporate has to pay residents some money they will realize that this staff has ruined this complex. Also the management team isn't here at all on SUNDAYS so when the apartment was broken into on a Saturday night that resident had to go 24 hours before she could get a new door and the frame fixed so it would lock. They called the numbers the after hours numbers and no one answered. So no I do not recommend this complex any longer. And most of the good reviews about this complex are from when life here was good but it ain't any more.
After years of apartment living, I’ve finally found a place to call home. Beautiful property, pool with grilling area, gym, tanning beds, pool room just to name a few of the amenities. Gated community, which is awesome. Ample parking space. Safe and quiet community. Staff is wonderful and so helpful with anything you might need. Great location close to shopping, grocery stores, and the happening part of town. I might never leave!
I love the apartment! I really don't have a problem with anything. My mom and I really stay to ourselves and nobody bother us. When we came to see a display of the 2 bedroom and 2 bath we fell in love with it and the apartment is just like what the display looks like. Everything is legit! I would recommend anyone staying here. Please bring the food trucks back
I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a new place. I love my apt and it’s a gated community I feel very safe here. We have excellent amenities here and it’s so convenient to many restaurants & Walmart it’s a great location. The new staff is amazing and Tamika is a awesome manager she’s on top of everything and if you have a problem she handles it in a timely manner. Come join our community you will love it.
We just moved in and we love it! The amenities are top notch and the office staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy we chose this complex as our home away from home.
Nice place to live can’t wait for the pool to open ??
I recently moved in and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The office manager is very attentive to requests, office staff is always helpful and the other residents are friendly. I would highly recommend!!!!
I’ve been living here for about two years now and I can see the difference in the community. They hold everyone to a high standard to do what they are supposed to do and picking up after themselves and animals. My concerns were left unheard before, now they are addressed and for that I am pleased. Excited to see what else is to come.
As a Police Officer i was very picky on where where i wanted my family to live. The complex here is beautiful and you cannot beat its amenities. Fountain Bleu North is a safe place to live due to it being a gated property and having Officers that live on property. 10 out of 10 would recommend Fountain Bleau North to family and friends.
I lived happily with my daughter and grandmother at this residence for many months. The gated entrances & many amenities SEEMED to make everything worth it. The ability to work out, tan or play pool after work without going to a smokey bar kept me from ever complaining about the rent prices. Instead I suggested moving into this place to everyone who would ask about it. Anything remotely negative in my eyes was somehow made up by something else until it was sold to another company that changed everything!!!! Now after I work all day long to pay for everything I am unable to enjoy the amenities I pay extra for due to the office closing before I am able to get home. Even if the weekday hours were extended to 8-9PM or if approved residents were able to reserve a room with a signed waiver accepting financial responsibility for any damage would be better than no access to the amenities all of us residents enjoyed and in most cases played a role in signing a year long lease. It hurts to make the rent payment to a place that makes you feel taken advantage of. Just a few weeks after we moved in- the gates ceased to work properly. I have literally had to get out and psychically hold the gate so someone could drive through. While the gates have remained open there has been multiple car break ins as well as multiple car vandalism. Yet, we still pay for living in a gated community. Surely, in the 9 months I've lived here my fellow residents and I have paid enough for them to have enough revenue to hire a repair worker to come fix the gate! Since each resident has continued to pay for a privilege that no one is receiving- why doesn't each resident receive a credit for each month until the gate is fixed? With the current owners and their strict rule changes- I highly doubt I would have signed a year long lease. I can't help but feel duped by the companies (both) by signing for once place and ending up in another. & yes I did try to take all of this up to an office worker who shrugged at me and said that the policy changes enforced were from the companys blanket policies and therefore not subject to change since it would affect every location they own nation wide.
It’s very unfortunate the recent changes that have been made at this apartment complex. We are moving as soon as our lease is up. I won’t say anything to negative due to the fact we have lived here for nearly 7 years and it’s now gone upside down very quickly. The amazing staff and maintenance team are all gone. The new management company has changed the hours and has taken away the use amenities by not having a concierge anymore. We pay to much in rent to not be able to use the theater or the tanning beds after 5:00pm during the week or on a Sunday. If it’s not broken then don’t fix it people!!!

On behalf of the new management team, we want to apologize for any inconvenience the new take over has created. However, we are reevaluating the issues you are having. We welcome your comments and concerns and will address them.
I LOVE this property! The office staff is amazing, apartments are gorgeous, maintenance is on top of it! Highly recommend!
If you’re looking for perfection, you need to come live at this place! Amazing staff, excellent Maintence, awesome amenities and so much MORE! I have lived here for over a year and have been happy ever since. I’m so happy I chose fountaine Bleau north as my home!
I have been a resident at Fountaine Bleau North apartments for 5 years and cannot say enough good things about the property and staff. Great location and great amenities!!!
Close to everything! Shopping, Restaurants downtown. The staff is so friendly from the moment we walked in we felt at home. I am so happy we chose this apartment complex. It’s just beautiful!
The apartment is beautiful, but the maintenance staff is slow. Work orders go undone for several weeks at a time. The location is great and the property is nice, but the maintenance team is unreliable.
I LOVE living here! The facility is beautiful, the staff are fantastic, and the location is perfect. It's close enough to everything without being in the middle of congestion.
From the moment we walked in the office we felt like we were already at home! The ladies in the office and maintenance guys are the best, we have asked a million questions and felt that each one was answered perfectly. We love our 3 bedroom apartment it meets all our needs! So happy we have found our forever home!! #andthecookiesaregoodto
This is the best location in NLR! The Management team is A . They went out of their way to make sure everything was flawless from the moment I called to inquire. Keep up the great work! Home sweet home!!!
I HAVE LIVED AT FOUNTAINE BLEAU APTS FOR 2 YEARS. I HAVE A SPACIOUS 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH APT. THE BATHROOMS HAVE GARDEN TUBS . CABLE WI FI AND WATER IS INCLUDED IN RENT. I PAY ELECTRIC ONLY. THE APARTMENT IS ALL ELECTRIC . WALK IN CLOSETS IN BOTH BEDROOMS STAINLESS APPLIANCES IN KITCHEN AND WASHER AND DRYER ARE INCLUDED. YOU CAN RENT A GARAGE FOR EXTRA . THE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT AND WILL FIX ANY PROBLEMS WITHIN 24 HRS. IT IS A GATED COMMUNITY WHICH MAKES ME FEEL SAFE.. IT HAS 2 POOLS EXERCISE ROOM MOVIE THEATER AND LARGE PARTY ROOM. I LOVE LIVING HERE AND WOULD NOT WANT TO MOVE ANYWHERE ESLE.
These apartments are in phases and I live in one that has just finished being built. These are pretty nice apartments. They have great amenities and are spacious in size (3 bedroom is 1400 sq.ft. They have granite tile and stainless steel appliances which are all furnished as well as internet, TV, and water. Only bill will be electricity. Once you figure all of that in the price is reasonable. They are fairly quick to fix any issues that you have and it is convenient to have an online work order process to fill out your problem at any time. It is close to the city and there are plenty of things to do close by.
Having to move to Arkansas from Virginia on short notice was not the ideal situation, especially considering I needed the apartment to be furnished. Thankfully, the folk at The Links at the Rock provided everything I needed. Convenient location close to the highway gets me to work in 10 minutes. Furniture is very nice compared to some other apartments I have had furnished. Shower is a little small and the walls could stand to be a bit thicker, but other than that, I have no complaints and would recommend this complex.
Great appts. Senior manager leaves a lot to be desired and definatly not welcoming
I have been living here for less than a year and recently found out that after I renew my lease the prices are going up by $100. Seems like they are trying to push their customers away. I will be moving once my lease ends.
They've promised lots of things, but the delivery on those promises has either been months late or not up to the standard that was promised. The pool wasn't finished until the middle of the summer, and after it was opened all of the plaster on the bottom of the pool started flaking off! Also, it was full of little clumps of plaster that hurt your feet when you stepped on them. They need to drain the pool and have it refinished the right way this time... The TV service is terrible, high speed internet was delayed by over a year, and they clubhouse still isn't fully functional over a year after it was opened. (Movie room is still under construction, among other things). The gym is crowded, under-equipped, and some of the equipment is already broken! The gate still isn't installed, and there really isn't any decent place to go for a walk anywhere in or around the complex. Construction and neighbor noise is really bad, and parking is extremely crowded. The apartments look nice at first glance, but they are not very well designed. The bathrooms are poorly lit, the closet space is lacking and awkward, and the special-order European metal doors to the balconies are ridiculously drafty and leaky. The electric fireplaces are also extremely drafty, so if you don't run it constantly in cold weather, then you'll have a chilly draft into your living room all the time. The builders did a sloppy job installing just about everything, but the most annoying thing is the fact that most of the blinds are too wide for the window frames, so trying to raise and lower them is very frustrating. I could go on, but all that should be enough to make the point...
I love my apartment. I moved here last December. As soon as I drove up for the first time, I knew this place would be a nice home for my son and I. When I first moved here the gate broke a few times, but they fixed it right away. The maintenance crew is awesome. My dryer broke and they came that day to replace it. Yea, the rent is a bit high, but it was worth it this entire year. Especially with all that is included. We play tennis often, watched movies in the theatre, went swimming, played pool, worked out, went to socials, and zumba. Our neighbors are nice and look out for each other.
Property Manager at The Versailles Apartment Homes, Responded To This Review
i think you may have lived at the fountaine bleau apartments off maumelle blvd. the ones here don't have a tennis court and the movie theater doesn't work :(
When you move in, the "office staff" tells you how wonderful it is to live here, even though none of them actually live here. The rent is too high for what they are offering. When we moved in we were told we would have cable and wireless internet. The cable is so bad that in order to actually watch tv you have to pay extra to get actual channels and we are still waiting on the wireless internet after 8 months. They have started building new buildings a couple of months ago, which starts at 6 am, EVERY morning, and goes on until 6 or 7 every night. And goodness, if you have a maintance problem, it could take a few weeks to get anything fixed, if it every does. Anytime you go into the clubhouse, you will hear about how annoying every other resident is or who hasn't pait rent yet. Overall, I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move into a better quality apartment with better staff.
