Poor responsiveness
It is now 1:29 am August 14th and I have been sitting in an apartment with the patio window shattered. I've been waiting to hear from on call maintenance or management since 10pm..as well as HPD... Don't waste your hard earned money at the Victorian apartment complex...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RENTERS

Gaby was wonderful, she helped me understand everything! I’m so excited for our move next month , neighborhood seems so calm and apartment complex is clean and beautiful. Great prices for such big apartments, totally recommend!
