Koreatown is a vibrant LA neighborhood fille with hidden gems, bars, eateries, and a collision of cultures. As the name suggests, the atmosphere in Koreatown is heavily influenced by Korean culture. The neighborhood is a favorite destination among foodies city-wide for its endless selection of authentic Korean restaurants, but the community has a much more diverse character than that: the broad range of cultural influences is exemplified in landmarks like the synagogue and contemporary art gallery of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, the Latin fusion cuisine of Roy Choi’s restaurants, and the popular German/Korean/Hawaiian tinged gastropub, Biergarten.
Although the area is a hot spot for LA residents’ day trips, Koreatown is known as one of the best places to live in LA. Most locals rent their homes and enjoy parks, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance of their apartments.

This apartment complex is plagued with constant issues that make living here extremely frustrating. The elevator frequently breaks down and is often out of service, causing major inconvenience for residents, especially those on higher floors. Water supply interruptions happen regularly, leaving tenants without running water for extended periods. The parking garage gate is another recurring problem—it frequently malfunctions, sometimes staying stuck open or closed, making it difficult to access. Water leaks are common throughout the building, adding to maintenance concerns. Security is also a major issue, as there have been cases of mail theft and missing packages. If you can imagine a problem in an apartment complex, chances are it has already happened here. Living here is a constant struggle, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable living environment.
I have never seen a management company like this who cannot answer a single question addressed by a tenant correctly, clearly and directly. This current management always uses the phrase "we will direct you.. we will forward this to.." I mean what is the point of having management on site when they have no knowledge or insight of the building. The way how they handle situations looks like they are more of a call center agent and not a manager for the building. I find this current management completely useless. The previous management with Kevin was great and he was on top of things. I also feel that constructions on this property have been taking forever and it is still not done as some are still ongoing. I am thinking the main reason would be that they have the wrong contractors in house. So this is just being a cycle where problems and complaints from tenants rise but management fails to handle situations in a timely manner so therefore they are the ones making more people leave.

Recently the whole crew changed here. The new manager will ignore all your calls and e-mail. The upper management will also do the same. The building just had a big construction and resident were not properly compensated. There are lots of things to point out about this place and I would recommend staying away from the view apt.

Poor management, structural issues, flooding, roaches. This place is not worth the cost and can't be categorized as a luxury apartment. Stay away

It is clean, has a good view, and the apartment is well managed.. It fixes what needs to be fixed quickly, and office staff are always available and helpful.

This building is located in the heart of Koreatown with great access to restaurants and conveniently located close to the purple line stop on Wilshire/Normandie. The apartment building has wonderful staff and a great pool to lounge around on hot sunny days. It has been great living here and is definitely one of the nicer apartment buildings to live in the area!
