Property Ratings at The View at Horizon Ridge
The leasing office is not easy to deal with! Lived there for over two years! Could hear every movement my upstairs neighbors made. Dogs parking all day and night! Upon moving I was charged for things I had nothing to do with! I wouldn’t recommend!

Good Morning! I was waiting for me to move into this apartment complex to complete my review ... I like most who may be reading this message was moving from California (Bay Area) looking for a comfortable place at a fair price and from the first contacting the leasing agent Xochit was amazing. She gave me the immediate return, went to the apartment to make videos for me to have a real view of what I was renting, sent me many photos and when I decided to do the application she managed to give me approval in less than 24 hours (this is really amazing ). When I decided to sign the contract she received a couple of friends of mine in the apartment complex to once again accompany them to the apartment so that they could tell me without a doubt the size of what I was renting ... Anyway, she managed to do it this process is usually complex and long as light and quick as possible ... I highly recommend it. If you live here, in addition to having the most efficient team at your disposal, you will have the best view and one of the newest buildings in the Region.
I decided to take a big move from New York to Nevada. I came quite a few times and visited so many other apartments, and didn’t quite find what I was looking for. Finally I came upon The View at Horizon Ridge. Michael, took me on a tour of the apartment complex, he was very knowledgeable, welcoming and took the time to make sure he was trying to accommodate to the things I was looking for in an apartment, at the same time explained in detail what our apartment was like, from where each room was located to the views I would have from my patio. Michael was beyond helpful, and he answered any question I had without hesitation. He made sure I was taken care of from the initial meeting to the day of move in, to even the questions I had afterwards! The View at Horizon Ride has such great accommodations for its residents including their gym, pool, cabana area and they even have a dog park! The other leasing agents in the office were amazing as well! I’ve been living here for two weeks now, and it was exactly what Michael said it would be and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for an apartment to rent!
Awesome place to live. I am definitely renewing my lease. I currently live here and I’ve had nothing but positivity here. It is super quiet 24/7, the neighbors are kind, the office staff are so nice and respectful. Nice outdoor amenities: a cool/warm pool depending on the weather, multiple large flat screen tv’s, electric grills, pool tables, ping pong table beautifully decorated clubhouse, brand new dog park, and etc. Maintenance comes as soon as you call them and they clean the property every morning. Pest control is very consistent even though I never see any bugs. I was the 1st person to move into my apartment and everything was brand new and nicely cleaned. The view is amazing, I am able to see all of Las Vegas including the Strip and Henderson. I also enjoy the weekly events we have, ex: restaurants come to cater, dinner day, milkshake day, waffle bar, and etc. The community is pet friendly and everyone clean up after their pets.
I moved into my apartment back in March and haven’t experienced anything negative. For the most part, I stay to myself and don’t really interact with my neighbors but my interactions with them in passing have always been pleasant. (I saw a review that said the neighbors weren’t nice and I don’t think that should affect the rating of the complex itself) Anyway, the gym and pool are always clean and there’s always water available. I’ve had no issues with having a hard time cleaning build-up from my sink or granite counter tops (maybe because I never let it get that bad in the first place and there’s never any build-up to remove? Lol) I’ve never heard a peep from my neighbors, but I specifically got a top floor apartment for this reason. ( I have only had a complaint on me once from when I was moving in and sliding furniture around. But other than that it’s very peaceful.) The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the parking. If you get home after 8 or have to run to the store later on in the evening, don’t count on being able to park near your apartment building. I’ve had to carry groceries from 3-4 buildings away before because there wasn’t anywhere to park. But besides that, these apartments are wonderful and I have never had an issue here. They have little community events or freebies, they don’t charge a convenience fee to pay rent online with your bank info, my rent has never increased, the water, sewage, and trash fee is pretty much the same as any other decent apartment complex, and nothing has broke down or needed to be replaced.
"Convenience" fee to pay the monthly apartment rent is an average of $50 by credit card and there are tow trucks every night. Is there ever anyone cleaning the residents' walkways for dog stains? It's a community with many dogs. Two residents get 1 key and 1 covered parking space for the high price of rent. I have not received a phone call back from the regional manager because of the apartment manager for weeks. Low-grade granite and sink.
I have a family member who lives in this complex, the walls shared with the other apartment r paper thin, the sidewalks r filled with gravel and rocks, the pool equipment room makes a non-standard noise and needs to be repaired, they r always increasing the rent and the hidden water fees that's why I would not recommend so that's y I give 2 stars sorry
I could hear the loud buzzing sound from the large pool equipment room in the middle of the apartment community in front of the leasing office and apartments. In the apartment I looked up I could hear people talking though those walls. I also saw dog waste on the sidewalk.
Conservice LCC added fee. Price of sewer, trash and two water charges are too high. Remotes to change station or turn up the volume on tv attached to the treadmill doesn't work. It's hard trying to remove white water stains on the bathroom and kitchen bottom-tier granite. Know what is in the taste and smell of the water by doing a water test kit.
I toured these apartments back in July, moved in at the beginning of August and it has been a nightmare ever since. When I toured, I was told by Jami, one of the leasing agents, that their units had remedied noise issues because they installed a padding between the floors. That is not true at all. I can hear my upstairs neighbor every time they move. In addition to that, there are bugs everywhere, I spray multiple times per week and will still find bugs. Neighbors are not very friendly or welcoming. I tried to get cable installed. I called Jami to let the technician through the gate because she had failed to give me the code to let guests in. Even though she knew it was Dish coming to install cable, she did not inform me that the apartment requires going through a retailer. This wasted all of my Sunday getting Dish installed and another evening having to get Dish uninstalled. Oh, and one more thing. I was told by Jami that my upstairs neighbor had recorded noise from my apartment. This is the first complaint I have ever received, so recording is a bit of an overreaction, in my opinion. Further, I feel as though my privacy was breached. I do not feel as though anything is secure at this property. Overall, I am not impressed and would not recommend. Staff is inadequate. Apartments are overpriced. Business center printers do not work.
