Property Ratings at The View at Stonecrest
I moved out at the end of January 2023. It is now end of May 2023 and I am still awaiting return of deposit. Next move will be to file suit, which is ridiculous, when management can simply do the right thing.
This place has had 3-4 new management. My kitchen is leaking and no one has came. Maintenance said that they will come Monday 2 weeks ago never came because I was home all day. Called about my toliet being messed up no one came no one cares. This place is horrible save your money!!!
Filled out the application and I have excellent credit and proof of three times the rent. They say they have units available to get you to apply to collect the fee and the next day say your denied. The staff is rude and didn't have a answer for any of the questions I asked.
If I could give no stars I would. This place is roach infested and there service is so poor. I advise you not to apply. I would rather stay in an abounded home then stay here
Mailboxes were broken into in early March, and they have not been fixed yet! Have hardly received any mail in the last 5 months due to lack of communication between the apartment management and the post office. The management here doesn't seem to care at all! They are rude and don't actually know what's going on on the property. Messages to the office are never returned.
My refrigerator has been broken for 2 weeks and no regards or sense of urgency to get repaired or be accommodated. Only been living here for 2 months and I want out of my lease already. Worst first apartment experience EVER?? Would give 0 of 5 stars would not recommend very unprofessional. Worst attitude ever from leasing office manager. Do not care or have any standards. Empty words every time anything comes up.

Unprofessional & unorganized staff switched my apartment THREE TIMES before my move in date, which pushed it wayyy back up until I HAD to move out from my previous apartment. When i finally got into the apartment, which is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE MODEL HOME THEY SHOW YOU, there was multiple small AND large roaches crawling on the walls, windows, floors, stove, countertops. It’s unlivable AND there is water damage on the ceiling AND the floor which is potential mold, if not already diagnosed. Also there are NO LIGHTS in ANY of the bedrooms OR living room. Completely CATFISHED ME & now I’m dealing with this mess. (BTW they refused to show me my actual apartment before I moved in because “the carpet wasn’t ready” LIES. They pushed me back from signing the Lease until the day BEFORE my move in date, so I could be VULNERABLE & DESPERATE) ALSO No One VERBALLY tells you but you may be exposed to lead based paint (highly possible LONGTERM health problems) since the buildings are super old & BTW NOT A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD & DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU.
They’ve just taken over this complex and they do not care! Once they get you in you will see the change. The new manager is very rude! They only care about new customers
Apartment with no outside power since August 31. Residents are having to enter their apartment with flashlights. The are is pitch black at night. The leasing office advised that issue would be resolved by Friday, September 6 but this has yet to be fixed. There is still no updated time on when the issue will be resolved.
