I have been living at the View at TPC for a little over a week. I liked how clean the apartment was when we moved in, how clean the hallways/elevators are in the building. I haven’t had any issues yet. Something that does kind of bother me a bit is how loud the A/C unit is but it’s nothing I can’t get used to.

Tonight I had a bit of an emergency and maintenance came so fast! David was so nice and so helpful! He always brings a smile to my face when he does maintenance for my unit. He’s also always quit and does a great job! I love the maintenance here!! I also love my view and how at home I feel here. There’s nothing I love more than watching the sunset on my balcony. Getting to the property, the scenery was impressively nice. Definitely a place a person would love to come home to everyday. I walked in today and they even do Saturday morning Yoga classes. Very serene environment. Got the chance to speak to their maintenance supervisor, Angel, he was very informative and seemed very pro active in his job at the property as well as friendly. Having good maintenance is so important to consider when moving.

It is hard to describe the view I have from my apartment. But I guess the best way to describe it is as the best sunsets and sunrises I’ve ever seen! If I could live on my balcony I would!!! But truly the best view you could imagine! I highly recommend you to choose a high floor here!

I have been a resident of Cortland View for a few months now! I love the location, a lot of restaurants nearby. I had a recent issue with my shower not working and maintenance was here the next morning to get it taken care of. Daisy has been incredibly helpful and responsive when I have reached out with concerns or questions! She has also kept me up to date on when another unit I want to move into in the future. Great service!

Cortland View at TPC is such a beautiful property and the staff is incredible! The attention and care really shows, especially by the manager Daisy. I have lived at a lot of apartments in my life and she truly cares about her residents.

Cortland View at TPC has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. From the leasing office personnel (Lesly & Luis) to the maintenance guys (Robert, Joe, Lisa and David) nothing but wonderful people always ready to serve! 5 stars to this apartment because of the people and overall experience I’ve had here!

I visited this property and Gaby the Assistant Manager toured me.. The community is gorgeous , very clean. I toured a unit on the 5th floor and the view was pretty amazing. It’s transparent that the appearance of the property and having great customer service is priority . I will soon become a resident!
