Five Points South wraps around the University of Alabama at Birmingham with the UAB Campus Green sitting in the heart of the neighborhood. You’ll also discover a variety of shops, coffee houses, the Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts, and a variety of festivals and events. Five Points South is very walkable and students often walk to and from class. Be sure to stop by the Storyteller fountain, created by local artist Frank Fleming.

I lived here for a year during college and had a great experience. The location is perfect—super convenient to UAB, restaurants, breweries, and more, yet tucked away enough to feel safe and peaceful. The complex is privately owned, and the staff was always incredibly responsive and helpful. One of the best parts is the breathtaking view—the sunsets are absolutely stunning! Highly recommend living here!
There’s a reason the tenants here stay a long time! Privately owned and fast response times. No complaints in my 4 years at the view!

I have lived here on two separate occasions and have recommended this place to multiple friends and family. Several live in the units currently. The landlord and his staff are incredibly kind and responsive, Maintenance issues were addressed and fixed quickly. The location is great. It's a smaller complex and everyone seems to look after each other. Some of the best sunsets I have seen in Birmingham.

These apartments are decent. The landlord is really flexible and super friendly. I like the apartments and they are very affordable. I've only been here for 2 months, but I like it so far.
