I love living at The View. It’s beautiful. The amenities are great and it’s an outstanding location. So glad I moved in. The fireworks nights are to die for and the sky deck is great year round!
So far my experience at The View has been positive. The amenities are nice and haven’t ran into any issues with my unit or the facility other than the elevator being down longer than expected, which was more so an inconvenience than a real issue.
The management team at The View is simply amazing. They are so on top of everything and go out of their way to make living there a great experience. The building is always clean and smells amazing. They go the extra mile to sort packages and divide them up by apartment so they are easy to collect. They have cute festive events for the residents just for fun.
The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, the amenities offered are nice (especially the deck space), the staff is very friendly, and the complex is in a good location. 5/5
Top notch place. Staff is second to none. I challenge anyone to find a a better place in all of tulsa!! Views are spectacular and the location is wonderful.
Rachel and everyone in the leasing office is wonderful! The lady that runs the package room is great too. Maintenance is quick. My neighbors are nice. & you can’t beat the view! (No pun intended). My only issue living here is the garbage truck comes at all hours of the day & it’s super loud. For example, it woke me up at 5am today (a Saturday). Other than the garbage truck, living here is awesome!

My experience at The View Apartments has been fantastic. The location is great, offering easy access to nearby amenities, and the apartment itself is modern and well-maintained. Cool experience and location. Like how it is downtown and around restaurants. Love the staff and how attentive that they are. Especially, loving the free coffee and sky lounge to see free events at the OneOK stadium.

Truly the best apartment living in downtown Tulsa! Clean, great amenities and a very convenient location for food and entertainment. For how much there is going on in the area, the apartments are usually very quiet. Looking forward to the addition of Isla's and Connor's on the first floor!
Great office staff super friendly. Cleaning lady keeps the sky deck spotless and everyone is super nice. Apartment itself was in great condition and no issues with my appliances then entire stay. Definitely recommend!

Overall, it is a solid apartment. There are parts of the building that feel rushed and not completely thought through. Where the building falls short, the property management team picks up to help make the stay enjoyable.
I simply love this property, so clean, the office is so responsive and nice! I love the location, it's close to all of our needs, school, work, nightlife, daytime activities and it feels so safe
They had a few things to iron out about my concerns and were able to handle them. The location is amazing and the view from my apartment and the sky lounge is incredible.

I renewed my lease because of the beautiful layout and grounds. There are also elevators, helps a lot when you have back and knee problems. The front desk staff is super helpful.
I’ve been here for about a month and I really like it it’s very clean and quiet. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star is because of the train that runs by below my window about every 30 minutes. They don’t honk their horn, but the train itself is very loud.
Overall not a terrible experience. The amenities are nice, but the dog park isn’t really maintained well. Management is okay, however, they tend to shift the blame onto residents which is an excuse to me. We are supposed to have secure, covered parked that we pay for, but Monday-Friday 9-5 the garage doors are open making it not secure. There have been several cosmetic and functional issues in my apartment that I would not expect from a “luxury apartment.” I also would not consider this to be a “luxury apartment.”
Very clean and safe community. Property managers and assistants are very helpful. Moved from another apartment complex as it started to feel like the security was not taken seriously. This place has state of the art entry and the parking garage feels very safe. Pool is amazing, love the grill area in proximity.

Great space for just me being a minimalist but also able to be creative with the space. It’s in a great location downtown; in the heart where everything happens. But also a quiet space. Can just walk to about any event going on in the area. Also the leasing agents are very accommodating and helpful in their service.
