Property Ratings at The Views
I've lived here over 6.5 years. It'll be 6 years and 8 months when my lease is up and there is NO WAY that I'm renewing my lease. First off, with the new lease, they went up $523 per MONTH. That's over 50% of what I am paying now. My apartment is not even upgraded. It flooded years ago, therefore the carpet is disgusting. The ceiling has had water damage at least 10 times from the apartment's a/c above me. For them to go up that much is ridiculous! Second, the maintenance men lie. I didn't have adequate air for over a year. Last year, an a/c EXPERT (per the head maintenance guy) said that I needed a new a/c in the summer of 2021. I was told then that I would get a new one. FINALLY, in September of 2022, I got my a/c. In that time, I can't tell you how many maintenance tickets I submitted, but it was A LOT! I'd put in a maintenance ticket telling them it's too hot and/or humid in my apartment and they'd come out and come up with some excuse as to why it was so hot in my apartment. "Your a/c is working, I don't know what to tell you." "Well, it's so hot outside, your a/c can't cool it off fast enough." "The 76% humidity in your apartment is normal. That what it is in my house." It was excuse after excuse to not give me a new air conditioner. After getting it installed and enjoying my cool air, I am now finding grey spots on my clothes, furniture, pictures, etc. MOLD! Because it got so humid in my apartment, I now have MOLD! And they won't do anything about it. They won't help me clean it up. NOTHING! It's all on me and it's the maintenance guy's fault. If they would have given me my a/c when they knew it was broke, I wouldn't have MOLD. It saddens me because most of my apartment is stuff I received from my mom after she passed in 2012. It's also stuff I received from my sister who passed in 2017. They don't care! I've given them A LOT of my $ over the years, never NOT ONCE been late with rent, and have been a very good tenant. NEVER, NOT ONCE has anyone complained about me. It saddens me that after all the good I've been to them, they can't and won't return the favor by helping me clean the mold off my stuff. SHAME ON THEM! I hope one day they understand what they did to me. Lastly, NO WORRIES though...God provided me a nice, clean place to move into. The landlords are super sweet and said that if ever I have a problem or need to please let them know. God is GOOD! If you're thinking about moving into The Views...THINK AGAIN!
i havent even been here for two weeks and the list of bs that is wrong with my apt is ridiculous. I pay too much money, i wanted to stay here past a year but its not even worth the stress. I cant even properly deal with them bc im always at work. i cant even completely move in: i have a hole in my wall... i have a hole in my wall and a giant fan blowing air in it. My tub has been stepped all in and i told them that i just bleached it after they gave me the dirty bathroom in the first place. unbelievable. i tried to ignore the reviews but just listen guys, save your $$
I lived at the Columns at Killian Hills from 10/2015 until 8/2016. My experience was horrible. They prepare the apartment to rent out quickly without making sure everything is working properly. And when you submit a maintenance request often the staff go's into the system and marks the work as done when nothing has been completed. They do this to keep their corporate office from know how badly the apartments in the community need repairs. The property manager is always making promises and never keeps her word. THE BUGS ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY NEVER SPAY, I WAS FORCED TO BUY MY OWN BUG SPRAY SINCE I WOULD NOT LIVE WITH BUGS!!!!!If you are considering renting please, please consider some where else.
I have always felt at home since I moved into this beautiful place I called my home. The staff are very knowledgeable and have worked diligently to insure that I understand every process in terms of lease agreement and always available when needed. This is the perfect place to live outside of Atlanta. There are plenty of good restaurants and places to shop. Most in walking distance. You can even walk to the grocery store. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the apartments are very spacious and well kept. There is a tennis court,workout facility and a pool with lounge chairs,tables and even a grill to entertain or even have a little BBQ! Its not far from the city for a night out on the town and a very short drive from several different malls and a variety of restaurants. There's also a nice view of Stone Mountain Park which is close enough to visit every day. It's easily accessible to be apart of the city life, without actually having to live in it.

I love my apartments because of it's cozy, comfortable space. I've been here for a few years now, and also enjoy my neighbors. I have really felt right at home here, and everyone who visits say they desire to sell their homes, and live here at these apartments. So it has been wonderful being here.

My apartment is spacious with a open floor plan appeal.The bedrooms easily accommodate king size beds the master bedroom is situated off the dinning room area which by the way has a beautiful view of a bay of trees with a flowing brook, that can be observed through large windows. I have 2 full bathrooms with large mirrors and a vanity that provides a space for sitting. A gally kitchen has just enough counter space to prepare meals and additional counter space to pull up to eat. My living room has french doors that ushers you out to the deck that can accommodate me and my guests comfortably. Hardwood flooring in the foyer makes a statement you have arrived a guess closet in the foyer one of three through out the apartment, oh not to mention one of the closet is a huge walk-in.A conveniently located laundry room makes it a breeze to do your laundry in the comfort of your home. That's it I hope that gives you a glance of how I'm living fabulously smooches.

The Columns at Killian Hill is one of Snellville,'s best kept secret!Tucked away off of Highway 78,in a central location, it has all the modern amenities with a quiet, yet safe feeling. The staff and friendly atmosphere makes for a welcome and warm environment. All repairs which are very limited are done in a very timely manner. Very professional but comfortable environment.
Me and my family have been residents at the Columns for over 4 yrs now. It has been the most pleasant living experience since moving to Ga. in 1999. The staff is very attentive to the residents, the make it feel like a neighborhood rather than a complex. Every concern or request my family has had has been attended to with the greatest since if urgency. They have made it home.
