I have lived here 7yrs and i have never had a complaint about the exceptional service that management provides. The maintenance is always on call the court yard and pool sides are beautiful with private cabanas. the renovations are amazing inside and out ! property manager SANDRA is the absolute best and will go over and beyond to meet your needs i love her she is the best. i love living here. very quiet & peaceful.
My husband and I have less than a year living here and we have no complaints about anything! The staff is amazing, the maintenance, the neighbors, everything is good here! We absolutely recommend The Vik apartments
To start off i've to the vik apartment homes in 2015 in the begining of that year i loved how the layout was,outside you can have your kids ride bikes,play ball not to rough but still can they have 2 pools a gym but most of all i have to thank the office for doing a tramendous amazing job at keeping everything around clean,the maintence does an amazing job at keep the complex clean both sandra's are amazing..my my boys grow up here so with that being said it says alot of how they run these apartments but also its pet friendly they do Holiday events for the community here in the complex they do show their appreciation to everyone .there are liquor stores very close by gas stations and lots of others also Elementary schools,high schools these apartment are well tooken care of as long as you the renters do your part as keeping it cleaness you wont have any problems.
this property is awful security sucks big time i got robbed 3 times first they tried to steal my catalic converter from my car in Brod daylight the second they broke in my garage stole my stuff and trashed really bad 3 they did the same thing they broke into my garage again and they stole more stuff from us and trashed the garage after cleaning it i dont recommend these apartments these may seem high quality but really it sucks its trash gated community for nothing no security nothing
My fiance lived here for 2 years before I moved in and we haven't had any issues. Management is so nice and are very helpful. Everybody here is nice and keeps to themselves. Spacious apartments and a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend living here.

I must admit I am pretty confused by some of the reviews on this site, I can't say enough good things about La Fiesta! I have never seen a single "pest" in my apartment, which was one of my greatest concerns with renting. The layout is perfect and there is more counter space in the kitchen than some of the homes I owned in the past. As far as management, I have nothing but good things to say. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. While I have had very few problems, when I do, they are very quick to respond. My neighbors are wonderful, and run the gamut of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. The owners promote "community", hosting regular events for the residents. I have never felt anything but safe here, and there were a lot more "break-ins" in my old super safe neighborhood....those are a fact of life in any area. I would highly recommend La Fiesta to all my friends.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived at. They are completely infested with cockroaches. Not to mention my car got broken into and the person who stole was also from the apartments, we found them trying to sell our tools on offer up, I reported it to the office and they didn’t care or did anything about it. We left the apartment in good condition and they didn’t give us our deposit back. Please DONT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!

From the minute I walked into the office I was met by a very friendly office staff. The office was very nice and made me very interested in what the apartments looked like. I was taken for a tour and fell In love with the modern style apartment the fixtures on the doors and cabinets in the kitchen all are very modern looking which I love, seemed as if they were luxury apartments but not at luxury prices. The application process was easy and the office staff was very helpful answering any questions I had. I immediately knew this is where I wanted to call home. Since moving in I love the gated community neighbors are friendly and they keep the community clean and well secured. I love the friendly faces I see in the office when checking the mail or paying rent and the awesome Gym and Beautiful well kept pools are all a plus!! I would recommend my family and friends to come join the community any day!!
Worst place ever security sucks and management as well ... Neighbors are way to low class and disrepectfull , I can never find parking and people take my personal spot !
