Very unsecured.
Building and property is not secure. No one uses parking available, street is safer. I have even found live ammunition and police scanner in the parking. My apartment doesn't even have a lock on the outside door and management is aware. Huge homeless population uses back of building due to no security and lack of any surveillance. Not visible from the street. Management is unresponsive to issues.
