Trash everywhere, no landscaping, unkempt grounds one of the maintenance workers looks at my family menacingly. No security, pool hours aren’t enforced and many disrespectful residents. Truly a trash bag of a property, in a gem of Houston.
To all people saying it is beautiful place just wait guys until u will have issue with them then will be nightmares I am not talking about maintenance or safety or anything all that just wait and u will feel by yourself I had one time before very weird person going upstairs without any reason and went to complain they said it is not their issues trust me guys in this complaix u have not any rights to ask for anything just keep your mouth shut up if u r this person so u will be qualify to live there. My biggest issue is the gate we have been complaining about it many times will damage cars specially we r right on bunker hill so sometimes u need times to get out because this lazy people and they don’t have good manitence each gate should has sensors of cars to not close if the car in or out and gate didn’t have sensors so damage my car it happened with me this time trust me guys will happen with u next time
I had just left the apartment, I used to be in 130 , but I already miss it it has been a pleasure living there , such fast service and collaborated office I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a good easy residence
Very dishonest manager! The sneaky manager guy made a trap, purposely or purposelessly. Residents had to pay for towing! Got new resident signed paper work in five minutes while he was still talking to somebody else. He did not do his duty to give the resident parking sticker, even never mentioned about it!!! He knew our car, because we already registered our plate with them on exactly spot they assigned and we paid. He got somebody towed our car from this spot. Kick back is not motivation?? !! The most annoying thing is that he is so proud of trapping residents by the paper work to cover his action. Made us very nervous to live there! Because anything could happen to you and they have all the paper work to cover themselves. You would never forgot the sneaky face and tone he talks about this sneaky deal. So sneaky!!!!...................... Very sneaky management and risky place to live!!!!!!
Steer clear away from these apartments. Over priced heavily covered makeup apartments. AC once in a while works, you can smell your neighbors cooking, water leaks from the window when it rains (3 plus months complaining about it and has yet to be fixed), the apartment unit in slanted (must be the foundation), you have ONE parking space to a unit (even if you have 2-3 bedrooms you only are allowed one free parking space so be ready to pay monthly for the second parking spot). New management is rude and desregards your complaints or needs. Like I said the leak we have, we have been complaining about for more than 3 months and has not been taken care of. I never write reviews but these apartments and new bad management had led me to do so.
Just because they changed the name, does not mean good news. This place is still a dump, so do not let the pictures fool you. The management team is beyond rude, and the maintenance just forget about it. You will regret the thought of ever living here
No maintenance and bad management... After May 2016 the complex has turned into garbage pile no vegetation, filthy swimming pool, and no maintenance. I had a leaking hose in my bathroom for three weeks by now and the maintenance haven't shown up yet, I have submitted up to 3 maintenance requests and every time they promised to send the maintenance man the same day, and never showed up. I also had referred a tennant (By they way I told him to avoid this apt complex) and the deal was to pay me $500 referral fee after 3 months from his moving date and when I claimed it they told me there is no written agreement to back up my claim!!!!!.... Therefore they will pay me a courtesy of $150!!!! The gates are always broken and fence that facing BBVA bank is down. The only laundry facility was and still broken since 2013. Security wise the complex is wide open and many robberies took place since 2013. Starting soon you'll have to pay for covered parking space!!!.... isn't that awesome! Overall avoid this rat hole of an apartment complex
