Absolutely ridiculous, they took weeks going back and forth with me about renting a unit. I gave this company a hold fee of a few hundred dollars. They did not give me an offer until over a week later and in that time I found another apartment. I requested to get the fee back and they will not give it back to me because it was over their "72 hour" rule to get the deposit back. The leasing manager immediately got defensive and was so rude. DO NOT recommend working with this company. GREEDY.

up to date and luxurious. attached private garage with washer and dryer in my unit. spacious 1 bedroom apt has a lot of storage space. there is a swimming pool, gym and a tanning bed. close to shopping, restaurants, and the highway.
