Property Ratings at The Village at Cottonwood Springs
The yard was filled with various trash including screws, glass, nails, charcoal, and dog poop upon move in. Inside the house all of the bedroom carpets were stained with dog pee. Including the floor by the bathroom. Even though it was "professionally cleaned" prior to the last tenant moving out! The doors were painted and then shut closed so they sticked constantly and don't want to open. The windows that can be open were broken upon move in as well.
I've lived here for 5 1/2 years. There won't be a 6th. New management took over in the middle of 2021. It's been terrible. I'm moving in 2 months and this owner will not give the new place where I'm moving, any information on my rental history. Nothing! The new complex I'm moving to has tried to call 5 different times. They've been on hold. I've called 3 different times. I've stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Never connected with a person. Ever! It's terrible. They do not care about the renters. I've paid perfectly for over 70 months, with no appreciation at all. I still got the new place. But these people made it as hard as possible. 0 stars!!!
Ever since the new company too over, you can’t get a hold of anyone even when my A/C was down for 3 days! Don’t hold your breath if you ever want to get ahold of this office, definitely won’t happen. Extremely rude customer service! Random fees added on your account but you can’t get ahold of the office so you have to choose to just pay it or hope for the best. I’ve called corporate and they have no idea what’s going on either. This place is a joke and I will be moving out ASAP
