Ive had a really beautiful experience here so far. I enjoy the trail every single day and when its cold out I enjoy the gym and the hot tub. I do wish maintenance would do a better job at keeping up with the property since there is trash every time I go outside and the pet waste bins are overflowing a lot of the time. It's been great. Sun is always out shining in. Safe area for my Partner to walk and jog with our dog and a golf course right up the road. It has been great. Only negative so far is that the dog poo trash can occasionally piles up high but other than that it's great.

We have lived here for almost 2 yrs now. We have had no major complaint's at all. There always the occasional little thing, here in there but we still love living here. It is a great, family oriented community to raise a small family in. It is close to parks.golf courses, a library and has the perfect little amenities needed.

Office staff is nice but ever changing. Maintenance has greatly improved but also changes frequently. Rent prices are very high considering outdated appliances and units that haven't been up dated since construction.

this apartment is very nice and family friendly! Lots of green space and trail nearby. There are nice amenities including pool and gym. Only thing I wish they had is more storage space otherwise it’s great!

We have been here for a year and a half and we enjoy living in this community. It is a nice place to have a family with the pool, lots of greenery, places to walk and close to just about anything. We have had a couple hiccups here in there, with some maintenance issues, but they are always fixed promptly and the maintenance team is always friendly. I do wish they cleaned the pool and hot tub more. Overall it is a great place to live.

this apartment complex is very nice! The amenities they have to offer are great including the gym, pool, movie room, etc. My favorite part is the trail right by the apartment.

There’s been quite a few maintenance requests we’ve needed to put in, but they act fast and get you squared away very quick. The leasing office also answers your requests fast.

The community is very nice and quiet. The amenities are very convenient and accessible. Not too far from the Legacy Ridge Golf Course or the Big Creek Trail. As well as, shopping locations, restaurants, etc. Parking can be a bit difficult but, I never had an experience where I couldn't find a spot yet. There were a few marks and scratches when I first arrived at my apartment but, the main appliances worked fine.

Overall, living here has been good. Besides some minor bumps in the road with some less than accommodating staff during the beginning of our lease, we haven’t had any problems. However, even if we wanted to resign for another year, they raised our rent nearly $400 a month and if you look at the virtual tours of this place… it’s definitely a bit of a joke.

This is legit the best place I have lived at. It's quiet, and a really good location. The neighbors are nice and the grounds are free of trash. They actually take care of the outside of the property as well.

I love the attached garage. It’s a pretty quiet community. There’s a walking trail right behind the property. The size of my two bedroom unit is great. There is a pool open for season and the spa is open year round.
