The Village at Lindsay Park Apartments

They have made some amazing updates with the new grills and extra poop bags for the animals. I wish they still had something for the kids since there are a lot of them in the community.

I've had the opportunity to live in this apartment for the past year, and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The ambiance of the community feels inviting, and there was a nice sense of comfort throughout my stay. The amenities provided were satisfactory and added convenience to everyday life. The management was generally helpful and approachable, which made my time there more enjoyable. It’s a place where you can find a cozy corner to call home.

This is a great place to live. The landscape is well maintained. Any issues inside the apartment are dealt with quickly. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and useable year round. The weight room has excellent equipment and is available to use anytime of day or night. Security is available if any safety issue arise. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve lived here since 2018 and intend to stay here indefinitely.

Overall, the apartment is decent, but the rising rent is frustrating, especially for long-term tenants who’ve always paid on time, don’t cause issues, and follow all the rules. It feels unfair that we’re now paying more than what’s offered to new residents, without any loyalty benefits. The location is a plus, with plenty of shopping and amenities nearby, which makes errands easy. The pool and jacuzzi are nice to have, and maintenance is pretty responsive whenever something needs fixing. Parking is convenient too, which is a relief. However, I've noticed that questionable tenants have been moving in recently. There’s been a noticeable increase in incidents, like marijuana being smoked openly and police being called both during the day and at night. While it’s tough to move out because of the convenience, the increase in problematic tenants and the rent situation are definitely concerning.

Nice a quiet, with the best views of the sky from my own apartment it's something I would never imagine, I already don't want to leave this apartment complex.

The grounds are kept very nice and the maintenance crew is super fast on getting things fixed when submitting requests. The neighborhood is very quiet too

Been here 4 years it's a good area with everything you need near by but plan on moving it's not what it used to be things aren't maintained like they used to be

I always see people working and cleaning, seems really safe. I like that I see people walking their dogs, cooking outside, and using their amenities. So far having found anything wrong with it!

Staff made move in seamless and easy! Maintenance has been kind and prompt and helpful. Complex is well maintained. We feel comfortable and at home already!

The Village at Lindsay Park is still a good place to live in, there’s friendly neighbors, a fairly active community with activities to do each month, reasonable prices for rent; just needs a recycling bin to make recycling a part of the community.

Renewed my lease due to the quietness of the neighborhood, nice staff, it was an easy process moving in & as of currently I’d hate experience moving again without the current experience Ive had

It was very easy to move in. There was plenty of space to get our trailer in to unload furniture. The neighbors seem nice and helpful. So far it seems like a wonderful place to live. I can't wait to see what the future holds.

I’ve always had a positive interaction with the staff. They have always been helpful as well as polite. They endure needs are met and they do what they can for a good experience.

The complex is kept clean, handycap accessible, office staff was professional and kind, my designated parking spot is close to the unit. And mybone bedroom is huge and lots of counter space for cooking!

Property landscape upkeep is very good. Maintenance crews are always busy keeping the property nice and presentable. The new building paint is an addition.

I have lived here since 2021 and this has been the best complex we’ve lived at. The office is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys always get stuff fixed quickly. Great elementary school across the street too!

Moving in was so easily and painless would highly recommend moving again. Cleaning my apartment was so easy to do and moving stuff around was painless

As a new resident, the lease signing and move in process was a breeze! The property itself is very beautiful. My apartment floor plan was exactly what I was looking for with that home-y feel! I honestly don't feel like I'm in an apartment because it feels like a condo!! I look forward to a wonderful year here.

Everything has been great. Haven’t had any issues with anyone or anything and have so far enjoyed our experience here and the people here as well.

I've had a very good experience living here. They always get on the ball whenever I'm having an issue in the apartment. They do take care of their residents. They have nice block parties as well. Those are fun because you get to mingle with people from the apartment complex that you don't normally bump into.

I've been here a short time and so far, it's been nothing but smooth sailing. The move in process was easy. I've had a couple of maintenance issues that have been resolved very quickly. My neighbors are quiet, there's been no loud music, and my bedroom faces the parking lot, and I've never had issues with loud cars or thumping music, so it's been great.

We have been here two months and really enjoy this complex. It’s quiet and they take care of the grounds. We have had a couple of maintenance requests and they take care of it quickly.

The new paint job looks amazing! The community is so clean and lovely to live in. Everyone is very friendly and great place to raise a family

Only a few months in, but so far good. Attentive staff. Late Facility hours. Can’t wait for community events. Some community members don’t pick up their dog poop but that’s the only thing I’ll comment on.

We really like living here and the maintenance team is great and they are very nice and they keep the pools clean when you have a work order they come and take care of it

This complex is so nice. The neighbors are all friendly and welcoming. The amenities are great. It’s very quiet. We are on the ground level and we can’t even hear the people above us. So glad we moved here.

I've lived here for years and it's such a breath of fresh air compared to places I've lived before. I can't speak for everyone but for me it's been clean, quiet and my neighbors have been respectful and kind too.

Trash is always overflowing. Parking is horrible. Ac keeps breaking. Spiders everywhere. Dog poop never picked up. Maintenance does what they can.

Love the 3 bedroom options. Plus no breed restriction. So hard to find that anywhere. Very comfy family neighborhood. Parking lot is not teh greatest they definitely need more spaces available.

Nice clean complex overall good experience. Staff is attentive and responsive and maintenance is on top of it. They care to upgrade the property to keep it looking nice.

I literally can't wait to move I would have this year but management didn't send the rent raise and renewal until a week and a half before I had to resign the grounds used to be taken care of now there's dog poop and trash everywhere the buildings are soon going to look tacky white and gray with a red roof and if you look at my past reviews they were all good it's went way down hill fast the apartment I have is dated and wasn't painted or anything before I moved in it's definitely not worth what I pay I understand that all apartments in this area are the same price but they are modern and don't have dingy walls to say I'm now unhappy here is a understatement I had my work truck broke into and laptop bag stolen right in front of the cameras for the office jasmine refused to help at all wouldn't even look at the cameras it's very hard to get anything done with the office only the main property Manger Mr hanna will help at all and he's not easy to get ahold of

Awesome staff, maintenance and grounds team. We'll kept property great safe lighting and parking areas. Security gates and gate codes work great. Pool well kept and clean.

It has been nice anytime I have had a problem we put in a work order and they are on it at the latest the next day, the grounds are kept clean the pool seems nice and clean every time I ride by.m

My time here at the village apartments on Lindsay has been really good/easy. It stays pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly so I appreciate that a lot. As well as maintenance does a quick and reliable fix when needed so thank you guys.

The process was really smooth and efficient ! The manager that helped me get into the apartment was very helpful informative and punctual made the experience for my first time leasing an apartment very easy.

Community is very quiet and great for families. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Still wishing they would fix up the park since there are so many kids. But other than that it’s a wonderful complex

Friendly staff nice apartments grass is always green and cut they keep it up weekly making it a nice place To live at. Also has 2 pools are very great in summer

It was a little struggle first getting in. But I enjoy my apartment and the staff. The keep the grounds looking fantastic as well. I love the Gilbert area so much.

It’s been very peaceful since I moved here. The neighborhood is quiet & I never see cops here. It’s a safe neighborhood. The maintenance crew always takes care of my issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to individuals or families looking for an affordable apartment.

Staff is super friendly and understanding! Once I turned in my required documents signed the lease and got the keys! Complex is really nice love how many trees and greenery! The gates are remotes controlled which is first for me thought that was really cool!
