Forty miles west of Chicago, the city of Geneva is a vibrant and growing community on the banks of the Fox River. Sandwiched between Saint Charles to the north and Batavia to the south, Geneva forms the centerpiece of a thriving tri-cities area in Chicago’s western suburbs, with the three small cities sharing many of the same resources. Geneva’s bustling Downtown district runs along State Street and 1ST Street, with charming vintage storefronts hosting a diverse blend of cafes and specialty shops.
The low crime rate and terrific local schools have helped make Geneva one of the region’s most desirable communities among folks raising families. Peck Farm Park on the east side and numerous golf courses all around town offer great opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. With the Geneva Metrarail station at the center of town, it’s easy to get around the whole Chicagoland area without having to drive.

Property Ratings at The Village at Mill Creek
A couple years ago I went through a devastating situation that forced us from our home. I went to the offices at Mill Creek to see if they had any vacancies. Monica was extremely welcoming and had zero idea of what we had recently been through. She was kind and made everything seamless. When I say, I couldn't have asked for a better place to help my boys and I, I 100% mean it. I walked in on a Tuesday and had keys in hand that same Friday. My boys felt so safe and secure knowing any one who wanted to come into the building, needed a code to get in. Over a couple months all three of us felt that Mill Creek Apartments was THE BEST place to have moved to. Just to add.. If you have a maintenance issue, the team is right on top of it! I never had to wait more than 24 hours for repairs. Thank you, Mill Creek Apartments team!
This is a great apartment community to live in. Kid and dog friendly yet so quiet and respectful. 4 years here now and we love that homey community!
This is such a great place to be! Management is wonderful and so prompt with anything and everything. Great community. Everyone is so friendly and respectful. I could not be happier. Highly recommend!
My name is Truman. I'm the dog that lives on the 3rd floor of the Village at Mill Creek. Me and my family have lived here for 4 years and we love it. They keep the building so clean and pretty and the people here are so nice to me. (Monica the building manager gives me treats whenever my family takes me to the office for a visit....I like her a lot!) My Dad says they really take good care of us and if ever anything needs to be fixed they come right away. He says it's good value, (I don't know what "value" means but it makes Dad and Mom happy.) I have to go back out on the balcony now. I hear something going on outside. Bye.
We have lived here for several years and feel so fortunate to have found this gem, as it has everything we want for a reasonable rate. We appreciate having in-unit laundry and high-end appliances, as well as large windows and a huge balcony for lots of natural light. The lobby, elevator, fantastic gym, and common hallways are professionally cleaned every week, and any time we've needed maintenance the building team is helpful and accommodating. Management keeps you updated about scheduled maintenance, seasonal reminders, and neighborhood events. Neighbors are friendly and the area is safe, even for walking our dog at night, and there are miles of beautiful walking/biking paths. We are close to Geneva Commons and downtown Geneva, but removed enough that the neighborhood feels quiet and private. We love living here!
I’ve been a resident here for two years and have only great things to say about the community as a whole. Management and staff keep the complex clean and are attentive to all our needs. Everyone is welcoming and friendly throughout the building and living so close to the Geneva Commons is a great perk
A wonderfully efficient and responsive staff. A neighborhood feeling in apartment living. Many great amenities: washer and dryer, high end appliances, well-equipped exercise room and close to many outdoor sports facilities. Love it here!
This place is close to stores, restaurants, and my job. You also have the options of downtown Geneva and St. Charles less than 15 minutes away. You also have the added benefit of not living on a busy street and hearing cars all the time. Lastly, the staff here are willing to work with you and are very accommodating.
The ladies at the front desk are robots powered by shodeen, they act sweet but are the worst. You will spend and eternity waiting for an elevator here... if you die waiting for an elevator your estate will still have to pay two months rent to break your lease. There’s walking trails and a new gym... literally nothing else besides cheap luxury apartments with no sound proofing.
I have lived at The Village at Mill Creek for over 4 years now. Having lived in the city for a decade prior, I can easily say it's a wonderful property and the property managers are fantastic! They are friendly, go out of their way to show their appreciation for the tenants, and are always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. The building is very clean and the units are updated and very nice and spacious. Mill Creek is also a wonderful neighborhood with parks, running trails, a pool, tennis courts, market, dry cleaners, etc. I truly love where I live and would highly recommend renting here!
