Property Ratings at The Village at Raintree
Absolutely do not move here!! The free or discounted rent is to get people to move-in since no one would for regular price. This place is awful. I’ve read on multiple sites that the good reviews are from past and present employees. We moved in and our apartment had not been cleaned, there was left over trash, stains on the walls, a needle in the carpet, broken/scratched drawers in the kitchen and bathroom. The maintenance guy said he thought the carpet hadn’t even been vacuumed. As a tenant you sign an agreement to pay to have the carpets professionally cleaned once you move out and we were extremely disappointed to see this obviously hadnt been done in our apartment. Plus a toilet that didn’t flush with a broken lid. Both the gym and mail keys they gave us, didn’t work and we had to ask them to replace them. The management is awful, they act super nice and concerned but they’re fake and could care less. That’s Megan and Jonathan. Jonathan showed us photos of what our apartment would look like and they were all completely different carpet, ceilings and appliances. We were so disappointed to move in and see an old brown carpet, old appliances and shorter ceilings than the photos he showed us. We moved in and didn’t get our place cleaned till 5 days later. I had to remind them everyday to have it cleaned and to be honest i think Megan just came in and cleaned it to make us stop talking. Completely unprofessional and immature. I have photos and videos from move-in that showed all the left over trash and damages. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. SAVE YOURSELVES THE MONEY PLEASE!

Kayla, thank you for taking the time to leave us this insightful review on our page. Although we appreciate your feedback, we are disappointed by your negative portrayal of our community. As for your concerns., we can assure you that our rates are based on the current market in our area. If you'd like to contact our office, we would be happy to further investigate your concerns, we're here to ensure your comfort. Thank you for your understanding.
Outdated apartment and unfair/unjustified move out fees. The apartment next to me literally burned down and was abandoned -- with my personal belongings damaged from smoke through the vents -- and they still wouldn't let me break lease without a fee.
If you want to be treated like a child, go through apartment inspections, live in outdated conditions, have your personal information and eviction notices-after being only 2 days late on rent due to a holiday weekend-placed on your door for everyone to see, pay for every tiny thing-like a parking spot, etc. move into this place. It's awful! The only redeeming quality is the guys that takes care of the landscape. They do a decent job. That's the best I can say about this place. Save your time, money and energy and go someplace where they treat their hard-working residents with respect and courtesy.
