Property Ratings at The Village at Richmond Woods
Maintenance takes forever to get to you, always a new property manager who never seems to answer either, don’t ever have anything delivered to your house because trust me it will get stolen! People are so comfortable with shooting, loud car music/music in general from their house all hours of the day, dogs run loose it’s honestly all a mess!!! If I could get out of my lease right now trust me I would with no hesitation!
Booming cars at all hours. Shootings. Fights. Garbage. Dog crap. People doing coke in their cars. Lots of sketchy activity I can't accurately go into, but it doesn't look good. No management to speak of. Overpriced and under serviced. I would never had moved in here if I knew all this going in. Please don't make the same error I made, one of the worst places I've ever lived, and that's saying something.
I know what you’re thinking “Oh I’m sure it’s not as bad as the reviews say, they’re super cute.” That’s exactly what I thought when I read reviews before moving in. Steer far away from this place. Management is non existent, maintenance requests go unanswered for months on end regardless of seriousness, there’s a new property manager every 3 months, no background checks or even a second look at who they let live here. No control over number of pets/living conditions of pets, our neighbors literally ran a pit bull puppy mill out of their garage. The straw that broke the camels back for us was a SHOOTING in our front yard while we had our dog outside. Nice buildings for the price, but management, maintenance, and safety is a JOKE.
Worst mistake ever! Just found out we have a huge pit bull living beside us and the tenant does not clean up after the dog. Will let it crap in your front yard. I’m a animal lover but I feel as tho some breeds should be restricted especially if they’re unruly! The apartment owners will have a huge lawsuit on their hands if that dog attacks someone. So beware and ask questions about per restrictions before you move here! Can’t wait for my lease to be up now.
I was given an apartment with many things wrong with it. It has been very difficult to get them to fix anything, this includes my A/C which has not been working downstairs for the past 4 weeks as of this date. The apartment is nice, but there are better apartments with better management for the price and deposit.
Worst place to live. Horrible maintance, very unprofessional and unorganized. Great location but honestly not worth the headaches....
Anytime we have had problems the property manager is real quick about getting it fixed. The area can get kinda loud on weekends when college is going but other than that really haven't had too many problems.
Love the location. They allow dogs. They are super spacious. Affordable for the 4 bedroom. If only you could ever get a hold of someone and they took care of maitenance it'd be the pretty perfect place to live.
