Located in western Ohio, Dayton is widely regarded as the Birthplace of Aviation. Once home to the Wright brothers, Dayton lives up to its reputation with notable landmarks like the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park, National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and Hawthorn Hill—the Wright family mansion.
In addition to a rich history in aviation, Dayton touts an extensive array of recreational opportunities. The city’s Five Rivers MetroParks provides more than 16,000 acres of green space, helping to make Dayton the “Outdoor Capital of the Midwest.” Greater Dayton also boasts over 340 miles of paved trails, the largest network of paved trails in the nation.
Dayton also contains a bevy of metropolitan amenities, including the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center, Fifth Third Field, Dayton Convention Center, Carillon Historical Park, and the University of Dayton.

Property Ratings at The Village at Stone Falls
Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.

We are sorry that you feel this way towards our community. Please contact us directly by stopping by our office or giving us a call at (937) 429-9651.
We lived at the Village at Stone Falls for almost two years and just recently moved out because we purchased a property. If we had wanted to continue renting, we would've stayed. The grounds are really beautiful and very well kept. We had a view of one of the ponds and really enjoyed it every day. The residents are quiet and we never had any issues whatsoever with neighbours. The maintenance is really outstanding. We would see the maintenance crews working every day and they usually respond to maintenance requests within a few hours at most. Mindy and Andrea in the office were really great and all our interactions with them were very pleasant. Overall a great place to rent and live! Fully recommend
Property Manager at The Village at Stone Falls, Responded To This Review
Hello! Thank you so much for the lovely review. We're so happy to see how much you enjoyed here in our community. We wish you the best at your new place and hope you have a wonderful day!
I will never recommend this place to anyone. The management staff is obnoxiously rude and don't know what they are doing. They should consider training themselves on professionalism and customer service. They just want your money and pay no attention to any requests (Absolutely pathetic!). Management staff has lied and has exhibited rude behavior on multiple occasions. The area itself is good, clean and has many other options, close to all stores and well maintained. I would suggest looking at other options. DO NOT consider this place if you need peace of mind. Can't wait to move out at the end of the lease. Would've given zero stars if I could.
When moving in every apartment manager try's to make you feel they really want you to move to their location. At Stone Falls after you move in they make you feel like they want you to stay. Management is quick to respond to request and do lots of things to bring residents together to make a good community. All employees are great.
