The Village at Taylor Pond

I enjoyed my last two years here and I am sad to go. The amenities are great, the community is wonderful and you can't beat the location. Dog park is also a huge plus!

Amazing, can’t say enough how way it was to set up a tour then sign the lease. Kyle was super helpful throughout the process. Response time and communication. Unmatched

So far, I’m becoming very comfortable in my new apartment. However, having come from an eight room home, I’ve accumulated more furniture and things that had to go into storage. I was able to get the use of a garage for my car and things I needed to store. Unfortunately, the garage is no where near my apartment, it’s on the other side of the community, which, when it snows, it’s not very convenient. I just wish there was a closer garage available. Seems as though for such a large community of apartments, they’d be more available garages in total.

Just moved in this month and it already feels like home here at Taylor Pond. Enjoying the community and dedicated bark park area for my puppy to thrive.

Into my 3rd year here! I just want to praise the work that maintenance and management does to provide the best service possible to the community!

I've lived at Taylor Pond for almost 2 years now and I truly do love this place. The residents, the staff, and the community truly make this place feel like home. We won't be renewing our lease once it's up, but we'll definitely be sad to go.

Staff is wonderful & complex is clean with great amenities. Relatively quiet area with lots of parking and close to many shopping areas and grocery stores.

The property staff is responsive to my needs and take pride in what they do, and offer quality facilities. My only complaint is the loud neighbors living upstairs.

I’m going into my third year as a tenant at Taylor Pond Lane apartments! I couldn’t be happier with management and the attention Arthur gives to any concerns or needs I may have! A great place to stay!

I could not be happier. This is my first time renting an apartment in over 50 years. It’s a lot of work to move, however, I was truly accommodated as to my schedule and when I got to move in. Thank you to the staff at Taylor Pond.

I love living here! They have a pool you can use in the summer. I was just at the pool the other day with my grandkids. There is a new gym that is amazing! Wegmans, Kohl's and Burlington mall right up the street from here. The neighbors are friendly, the staff too!

Very pleasant neighborhood. Our dog loves the Bark Park. Community is very welcoming and friendly, and the apartment is comfortable. Would recommend to friends and anyone who wants to live outside Boston for an affordable price.

A well managed apartment complex that is maintained by experienced professionals. The ground and amenities are very well maintained and if for any reason something in your apartment needs maintenance, they are there very quickly!

Love the community and love the location. Great place for the doggo as well! Maintenance is wonderful and attentive and community events are always a blast.

Overall, great experience. Communication between residents and staff could use some improvement. About a third of the time, emails I send regarding maintenance requests or questions, etc are not responded to unless I follow up days later. yet other times they respond same day. Very inconsistent. I’m sure it’s very busy in the office but I will note that in the past, with different staff, this was never an issue. I also never expect an immediate response. I try to be understanding. As a resident, 24-48 hours for a response feels reasonable. Aside from that minor issue, the complex feels well run and taken good care of.

Great place all around. Friendly staff who care about the people in the community! Grounds and building are well maintained and the building is relatively new. Common space are nice and welcoming for the residents.

For the location, amenities, and price, you can't beat this place! Maintenance and staff are absolutely wonderful and the dog park is perfect for those with pups!

Best apartment! Management, staff and maintenance team are so friendly and accommodating (they know pretty much every household by name), and any issue is always addressed right away by going above and beyond. Super safe community, lots of families, and lots of community events to make you feel constantly welcome.

It is perfect for me! Everything I need. The staff is friendly and welcoming! The new gym is awesome! I also like the new club house and movie room. Pool is fun in the summer.

Very clean and well maintained complex with great facilities- gym, pool, lounge area etc. I enjoy living here! Only trouble is the unfortunate noise from the shooting range

The community is great to live with kids. Now with the new amenities it should be even better when they open. We have been here for last 36 months and never had any complaints. The staff is awsome as always

Leasing office and maintenance staff are very quick to respond to any questions or requests. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highways and shopping.

We moved in about a month ago, and love it so far! It is so quiet, a nice place to be able to walk around and the apartments are a great size and homey! Very happy to live here!

Everything is good but I would love for the gym to be open again! The staff is nice and the maintenance are nice too! I love living here because everything is so close! The mall and Wegmans are right up the street!

Love this community !!! The pros : -staff is super responsive (maintenance and leasing) they take good care - the common areas are super clean - good care is given to the outdoor. - the apartments are huge - the nature trail in the apartment complex is great The cons: - there are no three bedrooms - While a good location, this is not pedestrian friendly (I mean outside of the complex)

Thus far, our experience since relocating has been quite positive. The leasing personnel have been remarkably helpful, courteous, and responsive to our needs, making the transition as smooth as possible. Additionally, the upkeep of the grounds has been impeccable, with every inch of the property meticulously maintained and beautifully landscaped. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our decision to move here and look forward to continuing to enjoy our new home.

We have just moved units once again… our third move in this complex-I think we love it here! And Arthur came through for us big time! He’s always pleasant and and answers my millions of emails. When I’m free I also enjoy chatting it up with Jonathan. He’s also really good at answering questions. The renovations are still on going-we miss the gym!! But they are free amenities here and the pool is open at least! Anyone who’s reading should check the place out. It’s quite, nice neighbors and just a pleasant place to live.

We have been in this society for close to three years now and it has been awsome experience. The maintenance team is very quick and great and we never had an issue which was not fixed in time. The nature trail and the children park keep the atmosphere alive here. Overall 5 star rated.

It’s been 1 year since I moved to Taylor Pond. I am impressed with management and maintenance they are on top of everything make you feel comfortable the grounds are well kept and beautiful .

I hav the pleasure of living in a residential community, and I have to say that my experience was exceptional. The community offered a variety apartment options, from cozy apartments to spacious ones all of which were well-maintained and equipped with modern amenities.

Overall, I have had a great experience here. Management and maintenance are top notch. My one complaint would be that the renovations have taken an absurd amount of time to complete. The gym was closed for renovations on October 3rd, 2022 with a projected reopening date in 3-4 months (this was written in the email sent out to residents a few weeks before renovations started). We are now wrapping up month 7 and there’s no projected reopening date for the gym or any of the amenity areas under construction. I’ve had to pay to take a gym membership elsewhere. It’s extra money I don’t want to be spending, especially when these amenities are supposed to be on site. The whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. I do look forward to these spaces reopening soon and I know they will look fabulous once complete! Aside from the amenities being closed for so long, I don’t have one bad thing I can say about this community. I have been very fortunate to live here for many years!

Great staff, amenities, neighbors and atmosphere. Overall an amazing place to live. Gym is under reform for a while, but we’re confident it’ll look awesome whenever completed.

Living here since two years.It has been a good experience so far.The gym ,theater and the club house had been closed for renovation since November of last year. The gym being closed for such a long period of time is a major inconvenience ,especially during the winter months. Closing down for a month or two is fine.But,closing down for so long without an expected reopening date is definitely not good.Having these facilities on-site was one of the reasons that made us choose this community. Hoping that the management takes steps to rectify this situation at the earliest.

Love living here! It's quite and everyone is friendly! I use the gym and in the summer I use the pool. Burlington mall and Wegmans is right up the street from me. Very convenient!

The experience of living at the Village at Taylor Pond goes beyond renting an apartment and having a place to live. VTP is a community that harbors the feeling of belonging like nowhere else we’ve lived before.

I am so happy to live here. I feel save and comfortable, and i feel very listened to and attended to by the management and staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place :)

I can’t say enough good things about management and maintenance staff. They all are right there when you need something fixed or a question answered.

Great place, nice apartments, excellent costumer services A Maintanace People…..how ever be AWARE the water is add to your rent every month ,for 2 people in my case is up to $270 dollars so far just for water this seems to “norm” for all apartments on this apparent complex :-/
