The complex is nice and quiet where I live . I like my neighbors and I dont have any problems where I live. That was my main concern living in an apartment complex again, loud noise, radio blasting, etc. The office staff, Tiffany shes amazing! Shes very nice and always helpful. The maintenance, every time I call for something to be fixed, its gets done. Id say Im pretty happy I chose this apartment complex being new to Arizona.

Me and my family have lived at The Village at West Point for 6 years it is awesome the area is quiet clean staff is awesome Miss Erica the manager is great is Tiffany leasing management that's great my maintenance crew James and good guy. I love the restaurants shopping the doctors that schools are closed like I said I've been here for six years made management and it's been great don't take my word for it come and check it out.

Im over 70 and have lived at The Village at West Point with my husband for 3 years. Im continually impressed by the high level of services and the beauty of our apartment and grounds. Extra care is taken here to make sure the repairs are done promptly, the beautiful landscaping and pool are maintained, trash is picked up, and residents are heard. I wake up to birds tweeting in the trees and the view of a glistening pool for a reasonable monthly rent. What more could I ask?

Great location and apartment
I’ve been here for a total of 4 years, lived in three different floor plans due to different chapters in my life. The community is always well maintained and the staff is very assistive. I know eventually I’ll have to move out and that will be a sad day. Love it here.

I really like the clean, attractive grounds of Village at West Point and the attentiveness of the management. We get good value for the rent we pay and it feels good to come home each day to these beautiful surroundings.
