Property Ratings at Abelia Square
They have nothing included, no cameras on property. As well nothing is “new” about the newly renovated apartments. Ask yourself do you really want to live somewhere that’s over 1,100 with no water included or electricity we don’t even have an on site washer nor dryer. We are not a gated community and nothing is ever clean here. We don’t even have a playground but they just build them a nice new office but yet… no laundry room no nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I am very impressed with the staff at the Village. From the day that I walked in to inquire about the apartments I think I was more impressed with Brittney and Jimmy attitude and even though it was time for Brittney to leave she stayed and gave me a walk thru of the apartment. She took her time and explained everything to me. Jimmy has a pleasant personality and always greet you with a smile They are very professional but also have compassion for every day issues that may comes your way. Brittany works with you and she knows all the resident by name. It feels good that she take the time to greet you by name.
I been living at this community for almost 2 years now and I just love my property manager Brittany and Maintenance team Jimmy they are always so nice, understanding and the keep it professional at all times thank you for allowing me and my son to enjoy living in an community that is kid friendly and making us feel like family always keep continuing to be an awesome team May God Bless you and your loved ones ??
We , my husband and I really enjoyed our first home here. The location was perfect as far as absilvibil availability in close proximity to a lot of shops and stores that we were accustomed to shopping. We had great neighbors and the children were friendly as well. Our stay was short but peaceful. The managers was very.professional and always available when needed. Thank You Mrs. C H. T.
I been here for 9 months rooms are very spacious. Kitchen not so spacious have trouble with dishwasher. Children are very respectful. Peaceful complex. Near stores. Gas. Dr's everything. Dmv right there. Post office close by. These things will want to make me renew. The maintenance needs to be a little more better takes a hard time to get in hold of. And get things fix.
Our apartment is in a flooding area, so when you sign the notification take it seriously. Because of that our apartment we moved in was renovated so we were the first to move in. Noone had been in this apartment for 2 years so somethings had to be tested. I only gave 4 stars because of the amount of time it took to get what we needed fixed and the fact that our apartment was not finished our move in day. Other than those hassles everything else has been peacful and pleasant.
The staff is wonderful and helpful however the building itself isn't very well kept. The doors in our apartment were all off track, the A.C. breaks every week (good thing we have free maintenance) and a water leak caused our carpet to be soaking wet and it was not fixed for a week. The rooms are spacious which I really like and there is close parking to every building. There is no recreational area, but there is a gym and park nearby. The kitchen is very small so it's hard to have more than one person in there. But there is a nice dining area, which can add space. Overall, it's a nice place to live. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are a lot of families so kids have people to interact with. It's close to a few highway exits so you can get to other areas quickly and it's also near lots of food and store options.
So you know how the give you disclaimers? Well i didnt take the flooding seriously. It has rained a couple of times since i have been here and its nee some close calls. Thats the only really bad thing that i have to say.
