Property Ratings at The Village of Olde Hickory
I am a frequent guest to a current resident! I can’t believe the conditions of the apartment. I thought it was nicer than what they explained from the photos on here until I visited! You can literally hear the neighbors. The old apartments look like crap. (Not updated) They built new ones and didn’t care for their current tenants. There’s NO guarantee you get a better/cleaner apartment because they didn’t. The oven/stove is from the 80’s, maybe 90’s but so old and cheap looking. The W/D is in the kitchen and took up any space for kitchen their use. The guard rail going up the stairs wasn’t sturdy and looked like the cheapest metal painted in white. The patio frame was disgusting and moldy with dead bugs. It wasn’t cared for and had a lot of ripped carpet edges from previous use/previous damage. The playground was just “eh”. These pictures above are not what all the apartments look like! I would definitely ask to see the unit before hand.
