Property Ratings at The Villager
The complex itself is nice, apartments are spacious, and the employees are overly friendly. Being open 7 days a week, the staff are a bit over worked. When I first moved in, the lock on the storage space in the carport had been ripped free, with a lock still on it. Took over a month before it was repaired. Otherwise, the complex is very nice, with easy access to freeways and other nearby amenities.

I've been living at The Villager Apts for about 4 months or so after finding them on apartments.com and i love it. The manager in the leasing office, David, is very helpful and will get the work done in a timely manner. The only downside that i have been able to find with these apartments is the AC in our apartment is not CENTRAL, so it can get stuffy but other than that i love it. The residents, the maintenance team, the manager, the apartment layout, and cant forget the way the property is taken care of. Everything is so green and relaxing, great apartments.
Me and my girlfriend have been living here for about 5 months now and I will admit, reading the reviews on this apartment complex had me a very concerned. I can honestly say though these apartments really aren't bad at all. I was away working in Japan when our last lease was up so it was up to my girlfriend to find us a new apartment to move into while I was gone and all I had to go on was the reivews online. I'm very happy with how the complex is ran and maintained. Once you walk in you see beautiful green trees and a lot of flowers every where so that tells you the grounds are kept well maintained. Any maintance is dealt with very quickly or next day. Also the management is great. Never felt like I was annoying the leasing office with any of my concerns and I'm always met with a smile when I have a concern about something. the only real down side to this complex is the parking. You get one car port and everything else inside is free game. Which can be expected but does create a problem when you want guest over. Overall I would recommend these apartments to my friends.

With all the beautiful green Gardens I feel like I am always on vacation in Hawaii. The grounds and building are well kept. When I decided to move from south O.C to Anaheim in 11/14, my friend told me to go on Ball rd. I didn't know where I was going I believe that God lead me here. This is the only apartment I look at it's close to the , 57,91,5, 22 Fwys, Disneyland and Knots Berry farm. Allot of shopping centers and the Fire department is down the street. The staff treat you with kindness and respect also, the neighbors respect each other. Come and see it for yourself I am sure you'll agree.
