Property Ratings at The Villages at Ardmore Landing
Constantly illegal activity going on. Renters just let their dog poop all over and not clean it. Terrible roach problem. I mean terrible. We were forced to leave even while still paying rent due to the mold/air quality. We left a futon inside and vacuum until our lease was up. Even with zero food available when we went to pick up the rest of our stuff roaches were just everywhere (summer at this point they breed like crazy). The office staff is terrible and does not take care of issues. And as I said terrible air quality/mold issues.
