Incredible staff who go out of their way to help you. Very nice that they put in new carper and fully paint when last people move out so its fresh. Our apartment had a slight smoke smell at first, but with some extra cleaning and filters its gone away mostly now. Close to lots of things and a beautiful salt water pool. Even found a walking trail/hike in back! Only down side is cost of rent is very high compared to what they're offering and it raises significantly when leases end. Also, be sure to check your apartment to be sure its not one next to the powerlines for noise and health reasons.

Great location! The staff are awesome and very helpful! Downside is they need updating all the apts are hodgepodge nothing matches. Different vents, light fixtures, appliances. Brand new apts being built that look much better

The Villages at Fort Town was an amazing place to live. My apartment was very spacious and had modern updates. Maintenance was always very helpful if there was something that needed to be fixed. The office staff is very welcoming and nice!
