Great location! The staff are awesome and very helpful! Downside is they need updating all the apts are hodgepodge nothing matches. Different vents, light fixtures, appliances. Brand new apts being built that look much better

Absolutely wonderful and thoughtful team of staff. We moved from out of state, and they did their best to make us feel welcome. Let us move in on the day they are usually closed even! Absolutely lovely salt water pool, community vibes are great with little events and such, close to everything in Fory O, new carpet/fresh painting apartments, maintenance guys are on top of issues, area feels a bit off the busy path so classier feeling area. Things that aren't great: Apartment needed a lot of additional cleaning upon moving in as far as detail stuff goes, ours had a light smoke smell even though we mentioned that being important to us, huge power lines going over pool/main office/first row of apartments so super bad for EMF's, and grime built up on tile grout. All that said, it's still a pretty great place to live, and we are so enjoying being here. It does feel safe. Honestly, the staff doing their best to be inclusive and accommodating has made any issue not a big deal over all.

It's so nice and quiet. Everyone is super friendly. Just wish the pool was a little bigger. When I moved in, there was the cutest welcome display on the counter! I've never recieved that from anywhere else!

It’s been fine, it would be nice to get a pressure washing done bi-monthly or so to get rid of these spider webs along the door and roof. Maintenance does a good job at coming when needed.

The community is very clean and quiet. The front office ladies are very kind and helpful. My grandkids love the pool! Close to all the amenities yet feels like you live in a small subdivision.
