I enjoy the cleaninness of the properties. The apartments are are in a natural setting which is comforting to the senses. You feel safe here as it is a gated community and you also have management that ensures that any issues that are of concern to you will be dealt with in a timely manner.

Been here for awhile now. Great place to live. Up and coming community with new development arising. Next to transfer station for optional transportation. Price is right with the washer and dryer included, yeeeeeeeee!!!

I love living at the Villages because it is well managed my Terry who is our current Manager. She is awesome with her Team. Everyone needs to come live at the Villages at the South Station. The place is clean, well lit, good security, beautiful landscaping, beautiful exterior colors, ample parking and very quiet. The Location and the Transit Station next door crowns it all.

Great location! Can walk to the post office, grocery store and to the Tukwila link station. 5 minutes away from the mall and two freeway entrances minutes away. Not to mention the link station takes you to the airport. The community is gated which is nice. Theres also a library 5 minutes away and schools.

The Villages is where I love to live. I have lived here since 2008. Very Clean, Warm and Welcoming Community. The convenience, Management are all things I cannot fail to mention. I would encourage everyone to come live at the Villages. Their Amenities are something to look out for too. The Management is very well run by awesome people. Villages At South Station

well my review as a college student living in a small apartment at villages at south station, i would have to say it is a cozy and comfortable place to live. What helped with my decision was that the light rail station is next door.
