Property Ratings at The Villages of Castleberry Hill
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The leasing office is highly unprofessional and rude and the maintenance men are nonchalant, slow work ethics and don’t know what they are doing. They will loose your rent money orders/checks and will put you in an apartment that is not livable. I.e mold, unusable appliances and old carpet.

Although we appreciate all feedback, yours is deeply concerning to us. We value our residents and care about them deeply and are disappointed you feel this way. Please reach out to us directly when you can so we can take care of these claims properly. Thank you and we hope to speak with you soon.
I recently found a mouse in my apartment and it’s been MONTHS and they haven’t done a single thing about it. They keep saying there is an exterminator that comes to the property once a month but one never shows up. I’ve reached out so many times and there’s always an excuse. They also had people come out to check the fire extinguishers but did nothing when they found out you needed a new one. So what was the point? I’ve asked for a new one multiple times and their response is always “I’ll have to ask the maintenance people how to get one.” And then still no fire extinguisher. Long story short, if you never need the office or maintenance people, it’s a great place to live. If you do, don’t expect to have anything solved in less than 2-3 months time.

The service provided by and. Cantrell was nothing less than superb. She was very inviting, informative, and kind. This is definitely a drastic change for the better since the last time I visited under prior management. Kudos to you all for such awesome changes in leadership because it shows in e current day to day operations.

I lived here and while I was at work my camera caught someone living in my apartment. When I started to investigate and was told it was a former employee on the tape. The police asked for the footage around the outside and the camera was suddenly broken. Great location, nice apartment but if your apartment is clean and beautiful you won't be the only person living there.

Due to the nature of your concern, we feel it would be best if we spoke with you about this in greater detail either in our office or over the phone at (404) 523-1330. Thank you.
I lived in CBH from 2017 to 2018 and I loved my stay there. Location was perfect it takes max 30 minutes to get to any side of town. No bug problems ants was a slight issue but only because of me. I never had any reason to utilize maintenance maybe only 1 or times to change the filters for the a/c unit and they always got things done expeditiously. My neighbors was cool always looking out especially being the fact that I was a single young lady living by myself. I also drove lyft so there was times I drove out late at night I never came across any kind of danger. Now that get me wrong there little stuff I know that going on but you got yeshua and live a peaceable life and mind your own business ain’t nobody really studyin you

Only reason I'm giving two stars is the location. It's very close to downtown and there's a lot to do nearby. But other than that, the leasing office is so slow. Very inconsiderate and unless you like living with bugs don't do it! I moved in 3 months ago and have been asking for the exterminators to spray my apartment and still no one has came. Every time I ask about if the exterminators are coming to spray my apartment soon, they act as if it was my first time asking! Also, they are very late when it comes to notifying you of "mandatory scheduling" such as the gates being closed or if maintenance is doing something for the complex. They will stick a note in your door the day before and act as if that's plenty time for resident notification. I hear my neighbors fighting in the morning sometimes. Sometimes at night as well! Can't wait to move out!!
I was one of the lucky tenants to rent an upgraded 3 bedroom apartment home. I loved the updated fixtures and appliances, as well as the city living, but felt uneasy when I learned that I was one of the few tenants paying market value for their apartment. As student and full time employee it seemed harder for me to get approved then it was for other, unemployed residents. I stayed in my apartment for 2 years and I do not have many complaints other than the at times slow and rude office staff, and the fact that it took longer than the 30 days quoted to receive my security deposit back. The property manager seems to be the most inconsiderate.
This apartment is conveniently located minutes from downtown and the staff can be very helpful, but when the gates aren't working it leaves room for strangers to show up at your door or outsiders to roam your community
"This is a quite community to live in, five minutes from downtown Atlanta, great restaurants in area ,minutes away from Turner Field,Ga. Dome and Phillips Arena. The complex is well kept, staff will go out there way to help the residents. The complex also has a swimming pool, nice play area for kids ,clean areas for you to cook out. Over all this is a safe and friendly place to live ." Carl D. Atlanta Ga.
I've been staying in The villages at castleberry hill for 3 years. No many complaints. Right in the heart of downtown Atlanta very convenient to public transportation. Busy/noisy area but neighborhood is pretty quiet. Management is very nice and down to earth. No big issues with maintenance as well. Nice place to live!
Like my apartment ..but it could be a little better with the service.. no lifeguard pool Could be better...
This was my first time having an apartment and it wasn't too bad but also nothing to fancy. The front gate was broken throughout the year, the pool was always dirty from leaves always falling from nearby trees, and the price recently increased for the cost of living, single bedrooms cost the same rent as where I'm currently living for a 2 bedroom. Overall the area wasn't the best but my apartment wasn't bad at all but nothing I couldn't sets itself from another apartment.
