Property Ratings at The Villas at Beaver Creek
These apartment's are quite old and dilapidated. Everything in the house started showing up from the first week we started staying. The roof will leak and they wont do anything about it!!! The maintenance is quite slow in responding to requests. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay in these apartment's.
Thinking of living in this forest? Be our guest, but be warned: the apartment is a dump and management couldn't care less about tenants. They'll break things and take their sweet time fixing them,with a shrug of their shoulders. It's a total nightmare living here, and I'm counting down the days until my lease ends and I can escape. The leasing office staff? Clueless and disrespectful, making it clear from the get-go that tenants are a low priority.
I definitely don’t prefer anyone to move here. There poor with everything !! Maintenance is HORRIBLE !! Pest infected there all kinds of gnats roaches creepy crawly thing. I hate it here !!
Poor maintenance, requests have been completed deleted from system, or are closed before the problem is actually fixed. Property management staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. DO NOT MOVE HERE
Pros: very close to SH 114 Carport trash pest included in rent amount Cons: the alleys are littered.. leaves dust spiderwebs plastic bags Poops everywhere Cockroaches all over the apartment in a month of moving in Guest parking is very limited Unmaintained bathroom; however the maintenance men were very kind and try to help as much as they can. Pool water is not clean at times The laundry machines are a joke.
I moved from San Antonio to our corporate office in Irving for a promotion. I had to move rather quickly and wasn’t able to see the complex or the model apartment in person, but I was impressed by the professionalism of the leasing office associate, Maria. I took a chance and I moved in on July. I have been here almost six months. When I moved in, I was very satisfied with the grounds as they are beautiful and very well kept. I was satisfied with the apartment as well. It was nice...9’ ceilings, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. I also have a nice view of the canal. Sounds perfect, doesn’t it? Nope. It wasn’t long before I started to have issues. Major issues. In the first month I found rat droppings. And then I found rats. Did I mention I’m terrified of the little critters? I had to call and put in service requests to get the rodent issue resolved. They placed glue traps and found and filled holes. The rodents found the glue traps and were stuck. On two occasions I woke up to the squealing of the rats. I called that night (10pm) asking that someone come remove the traps. Guess what? It’s not an emergency. No one came by that time. My brother in law took care of it. In month three there was a recurrence of rodents. Again with the service requests and glue traps. Month five was a doozy. It was raining. On a Wednesday I put in a service request to report a small leak in the kitchen. Maintenance came by, looked at it, and said he’d come back after lunch. He never returned. Friday morning, the leak had spread and about four feet of the ceiling acoustic was peeling from the ceiling. I called and I put in a service request. I was leaving for a trip, but expected that someone would be out that day. I returned late Monday night to the ceiling heavily dripping water, everything was soaked in water and covered in goopy ceiling acoustic. I called and emailed the manager to get someone to come out to fix the leak, and clean up the acoustic. It took days to get the done. it was not done well. I then tried to discuss reimbursement and never heard back. Now, month six. Saturday night I start smelling “dirty diapers” when the AC blows. The smell gets worse on Sunday night; I called to report it. No one showed up on Monday. I called, and put in another service request because by this time the smell was so disgusting and strong that I was nauseous. It’s now Tuesday night, the smell is masked by tons of Febreze, and no one has come by.
Roaches, Bugs, and irresponsive management. There was a water leak with a terrible smell in kitchen and they could have cared less! Sparks kept blowing the circuit breaker that controlled the heater. AC will not work at all over the house. On the first day , they didnt even handed over me a clean apartment. All over the roaches, no cleaning. Terrible experience.
I just recently moved from Chicago to Dallas and was in process of searching apartments. I found Villas at Beaver Creek trusting 5 star rating. Rental office Management was very nice and courteous of getting you in with false promises. The of move in, Roaches and bus all over the place, immediate complaint to management resulted in quick action and bug fogs was placed. On the day of move the apartment was in dirty condition and had dirty foot steps in washroom. Email was sent with pictures to management for cleaning and bugs removal. I am very disappointed with the fact that this lace is supposedly high scale apartment complex with such a low standards with rents not so competitive to other apartment complex are not highly rated and are far better for price.
DO NOT RENT HERE!! There was a water leak with a terrible smell, and they could have cared less! The whole place couldve burned down....but As long as they get their money, they don't care what you happens to you. Dirty from the get go!
This place was a dream come true because of the location. I didn't have many problems while I lived here and I would definitely recommend this to my family and my friends. If you love golf i would live here!
