I’ve been here for lever a year a moved in when the new management took over. They have done a great job cleaning up this place. Flat is more calm enjoyable. The admin staff is very helpful.

This place looks nothing like the model there’s trash in every breezeway, they also smell like pee and poop, there are roaches everywhere u look even coming out the electrical sockets!! If that’s not bad the property managers only concern is “the kids hanging out” when we literally have no dumpster to throw trash in because it’s to full and have a cat, rat, and roach problem shootings every other day if I could give it a 0 I would she sucks at being a property manager
Not safe! Fatal shootings all the time (do your research). Mold, roaches and rodents inside the apartments. This is with new management. I can’t imagine what it was like before. Please don’t learn the hard way like we did ????

Management is not aware of the information you have stated in your review; however, we have recently taken over the management and are working with all residents to ensure they have a comfortable living environment. Be sure to contact us immediately with any maintenance needs, and we will address them for you promptly.
Been here almost 3yrs now this current management is horrible. The lady in the office is always on the phone and never works. Maintenance is never doing anything but sitting in a golf cart looking at people from the shed. No such things as pest control roaches and trash everywhere outside. The roaches are on walls, walkways and stair railings. Crawling on patios everywhere!!!!They fix nothing and do nothing. I can't wait for the lease to be up for my sister.
We had one good owner and management company since I been here. 2018-2020 I don't know what happen but this current one is the worst!
The place got sold recently and the new owners/management did a 180 in the best way possible. Previous owners did events once a year and now we have things going on every month. The office staff communicates much more and most of all maintenance is actually responding to requests now. I hope this continues to be the standard, if it does i'm going to continue living here.

The new management of the meridian pointe appointment has done a great job to make the place good. I have been here for 2 years and i enjoy the new management so much. Good security, nice play ground for kids, enough parking spaces etc. This is a place to be and no one can regret it. The technicians are great and come out as needed.
I visited Meridian Pointe Apartments last week and during my tour I it was to many activities going on. I saw so many polices cars and caps. When I finished with my tour I saw some residents that were outside and asked what is going on. They said, if you looking to move here don't is not safe for you and your family we can't way for our lease to end to move out. Don't move to Meridian Pointe a lot gangs activities, drugs, and prostitution stay away.
This place is OK for the price. If you're in a pinch and need somewhere quick this place will do. The upgrades are all surface and not real. Maintenance lies to the office and say they have completed work orders but they never showed. On several occasions I've had the office call to confirm the completion of work orders and I've had to tell them that the guy never showed. And it's always the Mexican guy who doesn't do his work.
The size of this apartment is very spacious.. Is has a long hallway inside the apartment with 3 bdrms 2 both on both sides walking closet space throughout the apartment nice size kitchen dining room and living room ..the structure of the place is excellent with enormous size windows..and great insulation
This is an outstanding area filled with an outdoor way of living indoors. Unlike other apartments I have experienced living in, it has a fenced in playground for the kids, gate entrance security, plus an outdoor swimming pool, and even a dog park. Weight room is available at any given time, along with a computer room. Grills are situated in different areas. A well professional staff is maintained at all times. It is an amazing place.
