Property Ratings at The Villas at Stone Creek (Longridge LLC)
The worse apartments I’ve ever lived in. They’ve gone up on rent and have t fixed anything in years. Water is always out. The electrical wiring for the apartments are terrible and the electricians said could catch on fire anytime. Most apartments have bats, termites and mold problems! 1/3 of the apartments are vacant and unmovable because they are that bad! Save your money and time and do not move into these apartments.
Don't do it! Save your money and search else where. The office staff is only nice when it comes up taking your money. They are rude and very disrespectful, the manager needs to be removed. I had issues that was never addressed and I was told to take care of it myself. I understand COVID procedures but to totally ignore the issue was horrible. My car was vandalized due to the lack of a working security gate. The pool never opened despite constantly being cleaned. The pot holes caused damage to be vehicle. The complex floods when it rains, severely floods to the point cars are floating. Trash flows out of the dumpsters, the rats and raccoons see just as disrespectful as the office staff. The water is constantly being turned off without notice. Again the office staff puts on this great front to look good for new comers; they follow their manager which is the biggest liar, schemer, box of rudeness and most disrespectful twit around. Don't do move in. There's people moving out every weekend, literally. People are sick of the living conditions and the way they are being treated. The whole office staff needs to be revamped even though it's changed 4 times since 2017.
I moved in a week ago and the management has been very helpful throughout this whole process. The application process takes about a week and after that, it’s smooth sailing from there. There’s a nice park you can enjoy friends, family, or workout at across the street. So many tasty restaurants ( Podnuhs) around. The apartment is huge with nice amenities.
My mom stayed here for a while. The only upgrade in the apartment is the Kitchen. Nothing else!! False advertisement and You could smell others people cooking, weed smoking in your apartment, Typically the closet. Maintenance always pretended to fix things, Never Fixed!!! I enjoy Nature, however, the squirrels are Taking Over!!!!!! The crawl out on the ledges making weird noises and seem like they might attack!!! I'm so glad she moved out. It's like having rats all over the neighborhood and in your attack!!!!! The Park across the way was nice!
Was told by an employer that the deposit would be one amount, then when it was time for it to be due, was told it would be over 3x that amount!!! Sent emails to prove where I was wrongly told by someone and they did NOTHING to fix THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!! They emailed and told me theyd drop it down, still being 2x what I was told in the email verbatim. So, when I questioned this they kept repeating themselves and explaining the process.... which I understood! However, I was told something different and I believed what I was told. Guess that is where I was wrong. I just couldnt let someone like this be in charge of where I live! Someone who doesn't stick to their word or try to own up to and fix their mistakes, and CLEARLY does not care about their future residents.... which tells me they dont care about the After doing research and mentioning the complex name to others, along with the reviews here, I am soooooo glad we decided to move forward. looks like we dodged a bullet here! Will be contacting Brookhaven Management Group, LLC! ****Ohhhhh, wait!!! I forgot the best part! After ALL that, I was then told TWO DIFFERENT PRICES, and then they just ignored my questions and comments and told me they would refund the app fees. ....Again, not even trying to own up to or fix their mistakes. I'd even settle for an apology at this point! I would be GLAD to send pics of the conversations to anyone who wants proof! We are now at Edgewood on Stumberg Lane and these people are true residential hospitality professionals!!!! Highly recommend!
Current resident and I have lived here for 2 years. The entire apartment complex has roach infestation problems. Ive fogged my apt twice & it became worst each time. The roaches are in the walls. I have numerous of friends who lived here in different buildings who had the same issue. Once my neighbors moved the rats came from the back of my stove and refrigerators. Maintenance at the time place sticky traps. The last renewal i was not in the position to move but I will be moving next month .
I moved to The Villas in July 2017. At first I was hesitant b/c of the renovations going on, but I must say - it was well worth it! The staff really cares and so responsive. They made such major improvements all around, that when my lease renewal came up and I looked around at other apartments in the area to see if I might find a better deal - I realized I am getting the best value for my money. Floor plans are great and bigger than anywhere else for the price I am paying, so I just renewed my lease for another year!
This property is very nasty have to many problems and plumbing is very bad condition few buildings no have maint a/c only window unit . the water sometimes come dart and nasty I have pictures the apartment look good but inside the wall is very bad condition this place have a 200 unit empty pool have dark water never clean
The Air Conditions is horrible they haven't had an a/c working in 4 months .. Their haven't been one building with air for four months can you imagine that ?? Imagine the place that you pay rent from tell you to buy your own a/c
I've lived here for almost a year. I chose to move her because of the "amazing renovation" and believed my family would be happy with all of these "new changes". Since I have lived here, I've realized I was wrong. There is mold all through my apartment that they refuse to acknowledge. There was a bat infestation that they refused to acknowledge until I had one INSIDE of my apartment and my toddler was holding it! The bath water is brown. The air condition rarely works properly. Then will leak everywhere! To the point it makes the ceilings droop. There are infestations of TONS of bugs. All kinds. Including termites which once again was not acknowledged until their nest was INSIDE of my apartment. They ate all of the support out of the wall and that was never replaced. (Which they didn't even tell me about. I just happened to show up when pest control came) I've watched them put siding up over rotten wood to "renovate". The sewage CONSTANTLY backs up into the tub and onto the floor. (Everybody's in the unit) the washer and dryer building is falling to pieces. Not to mention it's insanely expensive to use and half of them don't even work and if they do your clothes will come out smelling like mildew. They refuse to give me an up to date fire extinguisher. My first week here the pipes busted and it ruined a lot of my sons things and they didn't replace it. Now my refrigerator went out and they locked the door during business hours without a sign and refuse to return any of my phone calls about it and all of my food is ruined. So who even knows when I'll have a working refrigerator. Overall I'm very disappointed because of the amount of money I pay monthly. Also I believe I've been very upfront and professional with them about these problems and they don't even have the respect to give me a call back about my refrigerator.
This has been THE worst experience for my family and I. The staff, office manager and property manager mainly, don't care if the unit you live in is affecting your health because of the lack of maintaince from them. But they do care about your money. From big wood roaches to moves to bat guano falling through the air conditioning vents it has been HORRIBLE living here. PLEASE DO yourself a favor and find another place to stay. My family and i were literally put in an apartment that wasn't completely renovated and they refused to move us after we began having issues, a month and a half into the lease. It's literally a hassle to get the office manager to do anything. And they've changed the office staff, excluding the office manager, at least three times since we've been here. Just PLEASE look elsewhere if you love your time, sanity and money.
I must say, the management team are a great staff to work with. Every need comes in descent and order. I've been on site for almost 2 yrs. The most impressive thing that caught my attention is growth. Every building have been remodel or reaching that potential. As we all know there's good and bad, up and down. But overall, Villa at Stone Creek, is home friendly.
NEGATIVE 10 stars. The reviewers on this site are, A) The complex staff/owners themselves or employees, B) Getting paid to leave FALSE positive reviews, and/or C) VERY HIGH. Been living here for YEARS and have seen the owners switch 3 or 4 times, each time getting worse and worse but NOTHING like the current owners and staff. It's like pulling teeth to get one of the lazy office staff to get the lazy maintenance to fix things that are considered emergency maintenance issues, sometimes taking up to TWO WEEKS OF PHYSICALLY SHOWING UP AT THEIR OFFICE AND INCESSANTLY CALLING THEM!!! I have a job! I don't have time to do my job so I can spend the better part of my check, on this below-average apartment, to do YOUR job as well. NOWHERE in ANY company would this behavior be tolerated. I know I'd be fired ON THE SPOT, FOR SURE, if I "worked" like the office and maintenance work here. DO NOT listen to those fake reviews. This is the cold hard truth about this place.
My encounter this morning with the office is one to remember, If you like being treated like you'er nothing, talked to very rudely this is the place for you.If you love dealing with very unprofessional people this is the place for you. If you love management putting the blame on you for something that's broken this is the place for you. I cant wait until this least is up i'm sooooooooooooooo out of this place. Thank you Ms Meagan, for being such an difficult person to deal with.
I paid my application and $500 deposit and have been given 8 different move in dates. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They like to take deposits from people and do not worry about calling you to notify you when you can move in. They obviously get paid on sales because that is their only concern. Take your money somewhere else that will actually give you a definite move in date.
I moved in recently to find the new appliances dont work, the pipes under sinks in kitchen and bath leak into the cabinets , no hot water in bath sink and garbage disposal vibrates and shoots water from underneath, apartment had not been cleaned and i had been told the tub would be refinished before movein. None of these issues have been resolved even after numerous calls to mgrs and visits to office and also put in writing. I was told by mgr that it could take two weeks to resolve and also told the repair ticket had been cleared and issues fixed. They were eager to get my $ and take advantage of people needing a place to live after the flood. They are dishonest and liars.
When moving in 6 months ago , Ms Janice was polite and helpful with showing of apt....upon a 6 month lease there has been 2 changes in management as the 2nd time Oaks of Kingsbridge was bought out , name changed as well as staff... Office "managers" are very rude and unprofessional I would not recommend staying here based off they have no care for their residence , along with telling lies about maintenance/repairs/pest issues as if someone has come to see about the problem but in reality haven't , rush you off of the phone if you call with a question/concern, they will let anyone access your apt and will not even leave notice that someone has entered if you are not there, along with a list of major issues ... Horrible staff with a horrible attitude I would not WASTE my money here i am so sorry I renewed my lease when the new company came & currently waiting on the day that it is over!
I have been here for 12 years. Apartment was very nice and quiet but now they have let the wrong people move in. There is spray paint writing on some of the buildings now. It is very difficult to get anything repaired. It is just a very good place to live now. Looking to move as soon as possible.
First of all the lady at the front desk, Ms. Janice, is very deceiving. She told me the apartment had been renovated and the apartment had no mold in it. Well let's just say that was a lie. Every window in the apartment is lined with mold and leaks when it's raining. The bath tub has mold and I can tell someone tried to paint over it but the mold is so strong that it's growing through the paint. Moldy smell comes out the air conditioner every time it turns on and every time I spray Tilex the air smells like the spray is combating something. My guess is there is mold in the air. The water is DISGUSTING. I have never stayed in a place where the water is brown. If I filled a glass with the water from the faucet and let it sit out on the counter, when the water dries up there's a reddish brownish dirt left behind. For 650 a month, I don't expect to have the best of the best, but I do expect to have clean water and not to be surrounded by mold.
The apts are in a good area and great school district.. The apartments are old and in need of renovations. They are pretty old apt but in fairly good conditions, it's a gated community but the gates have been broken for about a year.. The air condition never seems to work properly.. The good part is for the price the apts are very spacious.. If I had to recommend these apts to any one I wouldn't, Also needs stable management, I've been under 3 different managers in 3 years.. I think they also need to do better background checks on some of the tenants because the new neighbors are always loitering in the parking lot, also they don't cut the grass in a timely fashion. For the amount of money I pay I expect to be comfortable.. Ps and I really don't feel comfortable with some of the new residents
I have lived in high class, middle class and low class apts. You name it, I have been there, and if I have to say so myself, Oaks of Kingsbridge is one of the good ones in my book. The staffs are professional and courteous. There's zero tolerance for crime, two polices at hand. They spray regularly and control insects from coming in. I only saw one and it was on its back, dead. Even though I keep my Apt. clean, dishes + stove and floors, cleaned daily. They keep the ground cut and clean, and the area is also well lighted at night. We have to do our part in making a place safe and well suitable. As john Kennedy said: "don't ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. I recommend this Apt.
Oaks of Kingsbridge is in a great area. It's a safe community and the office staff are sweethearts :)
