Property Ratings at The Villas @ Uptown
Ashley and staff bent over backwards to make sure my apartment was just right and unlike how complex is getting a overhaul and they got rid of the ruff raff that I heard about before coming here. Also I haven't seen any bugs or anything and even had a guy doing their monthly pest control at my apartment the second day I was there. You can tell it's working. Great place with a great price. Also close to uptown transfer bus station and stores and even quick groceries and other stuff at target and the mall .
Management is terrible no responses even when trying to renew a lease. There are vacancies everywhere for good reason.Tenants light buildings on fire auto thefts. Drug addicts and squatters everywhere. Filthy grounds dinosaur dog dropping that gets brought back to life when it rains. Shady homeless people scoping out the area. Terrible experience shady management the high vacancies are for a reason.
Nothing really to say. Management is fine, the apartments aren't great but you get exactly what you pay for and what is advertised
I was looking to get an apartment to rent, I was schedule an appointment to see a tour of the place and if it was a right fit for me and my little family. They didn’t know that I was coming in that day I was 10mins early the door was locked and I called whoever set my schedule and come to find out “she doesn’t know much” I was asked to reschedule but I took time away from work and I didn’t want to reschedule again. The property manager was there but she didn’t want to give me a tour not like they just wasted most of my time being there. Very unorganized and not a clean or welcome environment. I see a lot of homelessness, dumpsters were full, and cars without license plate driving around the complex looking for their next ride to steal. I wouldn’t recommend just to be on the safe side.
Place has a lot of problems: •Homeless. •very little maintenance like 1-2 for the whole place. •false advertising like only showing "refurbished units" (hopefully there are no leaks or malfunctioning outlets, light fixtures, ect.) You're bound to have a problem unless you're very lucky. •overflowing dumpsters and trash cans.
Do you want to be scared and hear screams, fights, shooting 24/7, live with unrespectful “neighbors”? If so, come to this place because it’s super awful and uncomfortable. Worst experiences in my life, they don’t have any security at all.
Nice little complex to live in... Has its ups and its downs but that any place.... quite alright with my first choice in apartments. I would definately recommend this place to most

Went in to inquire about a studio and the two people behind the desk were awesome in assisting me. Kathryn gave me a great tour around their four different buildings to show the ones available, was very friendly, polite, and was helpful with all my questions. Jeremiah was great as well assisting me when Kathryn had to handle office work. The customer service was great and i definitely am interested in living here because of how hard they work. Thank you !
Our apartment came newly furnished so my boyfriend and I didn't need to buy virtually anything. Rent includes utilities, so we pay $640 a month. The management isn't that bad so far, we haven't had any problems, which is nice since I'm pregnant :) I would definitely reccomend Warren Coronado. Our neighbors are great, the location is amazing, and we're very happy here!
Good for if you don't have a lot of money but be warned its a horrible place. The management staff sucks. There's always cops here and its a Roach motel. The bug guys don't help at all.
