Property Ratings at The Vincent
It’s too many late night action goes on over here!!! There’s always late night early morning parties on weekdays when people have to go to work. Loud music!!!!! There is always pet poop and trash all around the complex. There’s no speed limit people be speeding around corners. When driving through, you notice people in the street loitering all around. Let’s not mention the place is a whole mechanic shop. It’s hard to park. There’s literally no respect here... if you want to live here for that then this the place for you. Beautiful area but the people can make this place not valuable
I was referred a year ago by a friend , I like the community , i have friendly neighbors , I only dislike the hierarchy of the management team , their service is unprofessional and they dont explain reasons for making unfair decision against a tenant
Worst Management Team. I was basically forced out of my unit after the freeze which caused flooding to my apartment. I was lied to on the timeline and told I had to take a smaller unit or terminate my contract. I offered to keep paying rent until the changes were made to avoid a move but the manager said this was not an option b/c my unit would take too long to fix. Well that was a complete lie on her end as my exact unit is no available to rent by April 30th. I paid rent for both February and March but had not been able to live in the unit since Feb 16th. I have yet to receive my refund back and they will not answer emails or phone calls. This hasn't been the only issue. It all started the day I moved in, nothing was in the unit as was told to me but the manager said since I had nothing in writing they were no liable to provide what was promised to me. On top of walking into a disgusting smelling apartment that was not cleaned and had a bunch of paint issues and chewed up windowsills and corner molding. Here solution was to tell me I can break my lease after giving me attitude about all the issues. She was nothing but rude the entire flood situation and showed no compassion for basically kicking people out on the street. She lied her way through everything but refused to take any blame herself. When I turned in my keys she was rude and would not make a slight change to a key return letter so ripped it away from me and said don't sign it then and basically dismissed me from her office. I tried to get a copy of the letter but she supposedly shred it. Please save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this rude unprofessional management team. I can go on and on about my experience because it was horrible.
Love- Love- Love having a great apartment layout with a garage and small yard!
Muy buena la atención de verdad, aquí me siento satisfecha sin pensar en mudarme a otro lugar ! Y las personas que están para el mantenimiento en cuestiones de minutos llegan a tu puerta para solucionar tu problema .
Very welcoming community with competitive prices and friendly staff.
Very bad customer service and the closet was missing a rod when they showed me the unit, the storage was not accessible and did not have a door knob just a key lock
This is the first apartment that actually feels like home to me. Love the floor plan and the extra details that make it feel more unique such as crown molding and rounded archways. One con-The dumpster gets filled up very easily and is an eye sore, but thankfully I dont live directly by it. Ive only had a few maintenance issues and they are usually pretty quick in fixing things and are very friendly. The pool area is very pretty and is a decent size. Overall I really like living here and hope to stay here for awhile.
Muy rápida asistencia, una vez solicitado el servicio a través de la página web, de 24 a 48hrs todo está solucionado, muy profesionales
The service is great and they are very friendly in the office and I love the property
Great location, lots of maintenance issues (specifically leaks). Management very slow to respond to questions via e-mail or telephone.
The Verandas at Timberglen are a very safe and good looking apartment complex. I have extreme comfort here and I love calling this place home!
Spend the money on a better place or take the extra 5 minute commute. It's not worth it. Our paint is currently falling off of the walls due to the excessive coats. The appliances are either broken or rusted. In some cases both. The leasing office lost my package and didn't even offer an apology let alone compensation. They screwed up our transfer, they are not responsive, you will not feel helped after having encountered them. If you don't mind a terrible staff, supplying your own light bulbs, faulty locks that maintenance won't fix, crooked toilets, a mountain of trash in the parking lot once a week, and overpaying for an apartment that's mostly falling apart, then this place is fine for you.
Wasn't great when I moved in (dirty, repairs needed to be done, etc) and only got worse with multiple leaks in my kitchen and closet, resulting in mold and a lot of damage. I called, emailed, went in person, reported as an emergency, spoke with maintenance, spoke with the manager, and a month later it is still not resolved. During repairs they have damaged my property, with no offer to reimburse. Avoid this complex, the communication is broken and the repairs are not done correctly. The grounds are slipping too, with broken gates, shattered glass, non-working amenities, and more.
This place has been the worst apartment complex in which I have ever lived. Do not move here if you wish to have competent management and staff! Here is a list of what my husband and I have dealt with since we have lived here: 1. We were without a working fridge in our apartment for three weeks. The maintenance supervisor continuously tried to repair it, although it was obvious to the maintenance worker and me that it was not repairable. When the fridge was finally replaced, they threw away all of our food--including the top of our wedding cake for our first anniversary! While we did not have a fridge, they allowed us to use the fridge of another apartment, but did not tell us that they were replacing our fridge or cleaning out the one we had been using. The cake can never be replaced, and management did not seem to care. 2. Our air conditioner blew hot air for more than a month last year. We submitted several maintenance requests, and it took them several weeks to fix the problem. 3. After signing our lease in December 2017, they continued to charge us the month-to-month rate ($500 higher!) for two months. I had to go to the office, complain, and have them look up our lease both months in order to have the correct amount charged to us. I physically had to sit there as the assistant manager fixed our lease/rent in the system. If I had not done this, they would have continued to charge us the wrong rent--despite having our lease on file. 4. The tow company contracted with the apartment complex towed my husband's car. We had the apartment's parking permit visible and were parked in the correct spot. Despite this, the complex contracts with the tow company to remove vehicles with expired registrations. When I complained to the office, they told me they had nothing to do with it, and that it was the tow company's discretionary action. The tow company said it was the apartment complex's policy. I asked management to see the parking policies of the apartment, but they said they did not have one available. Parking at our home, apparently, means our vehicle can be towed away and nobody will take responsibility for it. I work in customer relations in a difficult industry (insurance), so I do not complain lightly about a company's services and response to complaints. We will be moving before our lease is up in order to escape the incompetence and constant problems. We would rather pay the additional money than continue to live here.
Horrible management. Locked our dog out in the garage twice to do maintenance work without letting us know they were coming. Have lived there over a month and still have not completed repairs we notified them of before moving in.
I wish I could give 0.1 star on the review to be honest. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in my life. The manager is so mean. He doesn't care about people at all. If you get to talk to him about the problem, then you would notice it for sure. Also, they didn't clean the carpet at all when I moved in. It was full of dog hair and fleas, so we tried to talk to the manager, Brian, and he barely gave any compensation. Also, he tried to overcharge me when i moved out. The worst manager ever. You can find other bad reviews about him. I really recommend you guys to find other apartments.
It was nightmare from beginning till end. Having been living in different apartments for the past 6 years having lived in 3 different states, this is by far the worse experience I've had. Move-in was prior to everything being repaired and cleaned. It took them forever to fix the repair items they promised and they never did clean the carpets. This wasn't a big deal, but when the AC had trouble, it took a whole month of going back and forth in Texas summer heat for them to fully repair the issue. They kept coming back to dump freon into the unit without replacing/repairing what's needed only for us to suffer and continually come back to the office. Most of the time, it would take 3-4 days before they would make an attempt and after a month, they finally repaired it. Because of this issue, the AC was off the majority of the time and humidity built up in the home. We ended up having mold in the vents. This was reported immediately and they put it off for 2 days before finally inspecting it and another day and a half to clean and remedy it. Keep in mind, we are coughing, lungs closing up, could not breathe or sleep and kept the AC off (AGAIN) to keep the mold from blowing throughout the apartment. We finally had enough and decided to leave. They charged us fully for early lease break, charged us for the carpet cleaning, even though they never cleaned it when we moved in, and the whole ordeal was a disaster. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
So we were a bit worried living so close to the tollway, thinking it would be a busy area, but so far living at Verandas has been a very pleasant experience. We've needed maintenance a few times, but they've been quick to respond and have fixed our problems adequately. Our apartment came with all new appliances, hardwood flooring, and an attached garage with driveway. We also love our walk in shower and large garden tub. The architecture of the building is very quaint and makes the buildings look like little cottages. Overall we love living here and can't think of anything bad to say. So far so good :)
i'm living in this apartments for almost 10 months and im really happy living here because everything is upgrade it apartments are always clean and everytime I call the office to came and fix something in my apartment they come really fast to fix it I recommend this apartments.
These apartments are by far the best in the area, they're maintained incredibly well and have wonderful interior features, modern track lighting, updated ceiling fans & mirrored walls giving it a spacious more luxurious feel. The maintenance staff are all exceptional every work order I've ever had has been handled in a very timely manner. Landscaping looks fantastic, the gym is always clean & maintained and overlooks the gorgeous pool & spa. The office staff are incredibly helpful & friendly, I absolutely LOVE this property!
I lived here for 6 years then I moved (big mistake) I'm back and there's nothing better than Verandas at Timberglen.... The office consultants and maintanance men are Super nice! My loft apartment is Awesome!!! The location is perfect, it's close to anywhere you want to go. Take the time to come and check out your next home!!
