The small city of Vineyard is indisputably the fastest-developing community in the state, having grown from just over a hundred people to nearly 10,000 in the past ten years. Sitting just west of Orem on the shore of Utah Lake, much of Vineyard was filled up by farms and industrial facilities until recently, and the shift to residential zoning has seen a massive boom is construction of homes, condos, and apartment communities.
The terrific location puts you just an hour’s drive south of Salt Lake City (with east access to Interstate 15) and just minutes from the region’s stunning mountains, allowing you to easily go off the grid for skiing, hiking, or mountain biking on the weekends.

Property Ratings at The Vine in Vineyard
The team staff are really friendly they are always there to help out, the manager is excelente, she is great with her job, the apartments are great for everyone, I love living here I have never had any problems. I love that the gym is 24/7 I just feel really comfortable here at the vine.
I just moved from The Vine after being there for a year-and-a-half and it was a great experience. Maintenance is OK but the manager, Candy, is the best. They take good care of the pool and hot tub and the free DirecTV is a nice plus. If I had to rent again, I'd go back here.
DO NOT LIVE HERE if you have friends or family that will visit or if you ever need to talk to management. The have roughly 8 visitor parking sports for the whole complex - these are usually taken by people who live here. Any visitors can be expected to be towed. Management does not want to address any issues. Once you lease, they don’t care about your experience. You will be much better off almost anywhere else.
First off, DON’T LIVE HERE! If you have friends this is not the place for you. There are only about 10 visitor parking spaces and nowhere nearby to park. If you enjoy being treated like a human being, this is not the place for you. The rental property management is the worst. Very poor communication, not organized, and just flat not very good people. When we moved in we had three lights out in our kitchen which was reported with our move in checklist. After not hearing about it for two weeks I went in to see what was going on. Needless to say, it took over a month for the lights to be changed. When we moved in we had three people living there with three cars, it was assumed that we would have three parking spots. When we signed our lease there were not assigned spots but come early 2021, after living there for 10+ months, a new parking format was introduced which only left us with two spots. I emailed about our situation and was told that it was too bad, there weren’t three spots in our contract. I had to go to the office and argue our case and after a heated conversation we finally got a spot. Fast forward to right now. We moved out at the end of June. It is now August 15th. We received an invoice at the end of July stating we owe $240 on top of our security deposit for painting and carpet cleaning. Having spent hours cleaning the place before moving out and knowing that we don’t have a dog and we didn’t dirty the carpets and unable to comprehend a $400 paint job I emailed Candy, the manager, for pictures of what was painted and asked them to rethink the bill. This was sent on August 8th. I didn’t receive a response so I forwarded it again on the 12th. It is now the 15th, I emailed again asking for a response. Nothing. What would I expect? I would never recommend anyone live here. Oh and there is dog poop on the lawns all the time. The dog waste baskets are always full. It’s gross.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Eric the head of maintenance is wonderful he is always cleaning pool area and always around making sure everything is running smoothly. They apartments are well built and they have several dumpsters that are dumped several times a week not like some complexes that only have one and trash overflowing all the time . I took my time and looked around area and am so glad I picked The Vine to move into.
