Property Ratings at The Vine South
Nice and quiet place to live. Very good service. Rent could be a little lower.
not a lot of storage in kitchen, residents don't clean up after their dogs, and residents don't keep patios clean. Some look trashy or even disgusting.
The community is nice with a good vibe. Apartments and amenities are great too
It was done in a timely fashion. Clean and well kept appearance
This is a great well cared for property and in a great location. Close to shopping and gas stations.
The residents are friendly for the most part and have been helpful to me in answering questions and providing good information on how this place works.
I would recommend this apt. Community because it is located in Grapevine and the Grapevine Colleyville school district. Excellent schools.
The noise level increased a lot over the last years: highway noise from developments; neighbors slamming doors; lots of dogs in the complex; kids playing sports loudly outside. Increasing neighbor's awareness to be mindful of others, even outside of the mandatory hours and upgrading windows could increase living comfort significantly.
Vine South is a very family friendly community with excellent service.
I love Lincoln Property apts. Especially in Grapevine! Very family friendly and dog friendly and most of the people I have met are very friendly and helpful. They are clean and neat. Plus it is so easy to zip down to Southwestern Medical Center for my husband's bone marrow transplant!
No place is perfect. Some things are good, some not so good.
Excellent service and well done all around.
My maintenance requests are always handled quickly and expertly without fail.
The location is perfect, the office is extremely attentive, and the price is good for how nice the apartments are and the location.
The staff is friendly and has had great communication. The neighborhood is family friendly and not over crowded, which is what I came from.
I love that the units are large and updated, Marissa was very welcoming plus I love that the grounds are taken good care of.
LOVE the patio storage size! Love that it is close to my school and the pool and that it is CLEAN!
The complex is a good environment to living in with your family.
Office members are supportive, but equipment is old and troublesome. I had 3 times of A/C malfunction in last summer.
Marissa went above and beyond to help me find an apartment! She was so busy and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She is a big part of why I chose this apartment!
I would definitely recommend as it's nice place to live with a family and staff seems to be loving and caring like family
Number of factors for me anyway ~ the location and size were vital.
Love it here. It's a place you can call home. Being a gated community makes it feel more safe.
The staff, maintenance, and apartment have been nothing but fantastic. Any issues that we have were taken care of promptly and efficiently.
It's a beautiful complex with mature trees, quiet neighbors, and clean amenities. I really love living here. The surrounding area has absolutely everything you need.
The total community experience was lovely. Quiet, good neighbors, great staff, good services.
Biggest reason not to recommend would be cost, which is also the reason why friends have not moved in. Biggest reason to recommend is the quiet, family setting and overall safe, tucked away feel of the community.
I would recommend this community because it is quiet, beautifully landscaped, clean and inviting.
apartments are very old, roaches , squeeky flooring, maintenance and pest control do nothing but charge you. design is terrible, walls are depressing beige. very overpriced compared with the quality you get.
Just moved here from Arkansas and moved in to this complex. Place is nice but I've noticed certain cheap?? fixtures throughout the apartment that do not match up with the price tag. The toilet paper holder and towel bars are Dollar store cheap, the wire closet systems are the cheapest you can put in and it's evident whoever installed them cut them down with metal cutters to save money and make them fit instead of buying the correct size, which means the ends are left open and your hangers fall off unless you zip tie them, the vertical blinds are very cheap and old and instead of replacing the system (assuming bc of broken panels) they only replaced some of the panels which are obviously white and the old panels are not. As I'm putting together the living room, it seems the layout and cable box options are limited and it doesn't make sense where the cable connection is located to the side of the fireplace underneath the built in shelves. It's obvious the tv can only go above the fireplace and not on or under the very narrow shelves so it doesn't make sense to not have the cable box ran to the tv installation location. I do love the flooring and upgraded countertops. Wood burning fireplace is a nice option to have and the crown molding is a nice upgrade. Kitchen cabinetry and appliances are nice as well. The patio is spacious but it would be nice to have a gate option on the railing to be able to access the parking lot from the back of the unit. The caulking job around the kitchen kitchen is a mess and poorly done which I will request to be redone but is totally fixable. Overall it's a nice apartment and great location but I feel you pay more for the location rather than the upgraded unit itself.
It is a clean, attractive community. The people were friendly and welcoming. A nice place to call home.
Absolutely incredible. The guy fixed the window easily enough but went beyond and contacted some one else to replace the problem part because he knew that it would just break again (and it did). I'm terrible with names so I don't even remember if he mentioned it and I wouldn't remember it even if he did but, thank you very much maintenance guy!
Professional, courteous down to earth HELPFUL,patient, attentive and sensitive to my needs FAST and knowledgeable maintenance staff
I think for price of rent is just a bit to high. If the cost was about $150-200 less, this would be an excellent value.
The parking lots are way too small. Especially when everyone has big SUVs or trucks- not enough room to even open the doors!
What attracted me most to Vine South is the location and community set up; not too big but not too small.
The people upstairs are terrible! They make noises and stomp at all hours of the night! That is why I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
Service is timely guys are courteous more than able to fix anything and everything I love all of the maintenance staff
Nice, quiet, mature community. Lots of shade trees, a pleasant walking environment, great neighbors, and modern amenities. This combined with the Staff makes this an easy recommendation.
The service here is amazing. They got to me quickly and fixed the problem quickly. Great job guys!
yes

Quiet place to live centrally location office girls and management get things done on request and are very friendly.

While the office team is extremely nice when getting packages, they're very responsive, etc... I've had repairs come out twice for an electrical issue with my power outlets, and just gave up and ran an extension cord. The shower/bath handles are really hard to use, and often get stuck (I have kids). The insides are ok, but not sure I'd call this a "Luxury Apt". Once for some reason the power or water bill didn't come in on time or something, I have everything auto-pay, and don't really want to deal with this. I get an email saying I'm $35 overdue and "when was I going to pay" like I'm delinquent on a regular basis or something. I don't know what was the cause of the issue, but if someone is paying on-time, and generally a good tenant-- there should be a different way of interacting with them. Hot Tub bubbles don't work. Hard to recycle from where my apt is located. Often can't get home in time to get packages, some apts are moving to Amazon lockers. Price is not that far off from a $300-$400k home mortgage.
We are very pleased with the staff and their promptness with anything we ask for.
