Greetings, nothing makes us happier than knowing our residents love their homes! We are thrilled to know you have noticed our prompt service.
I just leased today! It’s rare for a manager to help at the front when it gets busy but she got up toured me and hooked me! What can I say I loved the price and the apartment

Hello, we are thrilled to hear you were impressed with our community during your tour! Thank you for recognizing our team for their excellent service.
My parents have been living in vines for 6 month now. From the beginning we have been complaining of balcony door which cannot be closed completely .there is a gap between door and wall through which cold air come inside during winter. Next thing is bathtub, in which water is not draining. After taking bath we need to put our hand inside dirty water and hold it for half an hour for all water to drain . Whenever complained their answer is staff not available. We send a lot of emails and even personally told them couple of times.no vain . We fed up and tried to get out of there. When contracted the manager she said we have to pay 2 month rent as we haven't given 60 days prior notice. What the hell . When we told about the living condition she said she can only do is an apology . Does an apology can repair the defects?? Staff are not helpful at all.

My wife and I just recently moved to Texas, and have been apartment shopping for the past few weeks. We were very impressed with The Vines Apartments. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The manager Enriqueta, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It made our experience a very pleasant one.

If you ever want a quick notice that the water is getting shut off temporarily, they're quick to do that. However, don't expect an email back stating the water is back on. It's a fun little game you have to find out for yourself! Back in October 2020 I was having issues with my internet through Spectrum. I had Spectrum out there twice for service calls (which my wife and I had to pay for). Spectrum looked outside and stated to me that the cables on the outside of the building were rotting from the inside out and the property manager would have to call Spectrum to get a crew out there (I lived on the third floor). The property manager told me multiple times they don't deal with Spectrum. Well, I caught the complex in a lie two weeks before my wife and I moved. The complex does have a contract with Spectrum because they charge you for cable even if you don't want it. The assistant manager said she would call us back regarding that matter. Still waiting 4 months later... Oh, I've been waiting for over a month now to receive a simple document showing all move-out charges have been paid...This place is GREAT. As an aside, Chuck and the maintenance staff try so hard, but they need more help and Dayrise/The Vines seem reluctant to give them any.

Hello, thank you for complimenting Chuck and our maintenance team. However, we regret if your interactions with other team members have been less than pleasant. Our team is committed to honest and transparent communication, and we sincerely apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding your internet or move-out documents. When you have a moment, please connect with us at mgrthevines@dayrise.com so we may address your questions and concerns in detail. We appreciate your time, and we wish you luck in your new home.
I’ve lived here for 5 years and just renewed my lease for another year! I LOVE the office ladies and the maintenance crew!! I’ve never seen a group of folks running around like chickens with their heads cut off just to make sure everything and everyone are taken care of! Their never seen sitting around or not working any time I stop by for a package or service request! I’m very impressed and only have great things to say!

The apartments THE VINES are horrible! Monica and Madison do not care to address the concerns of the residents there. I keep putting in request for maintenance to come and fix things that should of been done when we moved in since it was just remodeled . I have tried to be nice and talk with Madison the manager about the issues and she is always busy or not there. They have time to go smoke outside but avoid residents when they need help. Its amazing that they were so nice when we were looking to move there. We have been there over month and things are still not done. The pool is GREEN and has been for over 2 weeks they are too cheap to do hire someone to fix it right. My disposal still leaks, toilet loose, floor buckling, drawer loose in hall bathroom. Had the disposal replaced once already, breaker kept flipping off and on, had plugs in bathroom go out, had light fixture in dining room fall down and they left hanging for 2 days with children in the apartment. Its amazing they want the rent on time but when it comes to maintenance issues then they don't want to handle it. They can go out on smoke breaks but won't take 5 mins to meet with the residents. I will not be renewing my lease and regret I moved here DON'T DO IT!! This was when we first moved in and I had to get the regional manager involved to get anything done. The Trash is so bad by the weekend that it is overflowing. They charge all of the residents a trash fee but the trash people only pick up once a week they should have them pick up at least twice a week. The pool is still green after it being down for weeks during the summer because they won't hire a pool company to fix it. There is trash all over the apartments. They cut off the water last month and didn't turn it back on until after midnight so everyone was without water all day and night. When something is wrong I have to call the Regional manager to get anything done the office people do not care to get it fixed. My storage closet outside on the patio did not close the door would not shut and we did not have a key so I had to put in a request for it to be fixed. It was 2 weeks later that I went in to check on it and boy did that backfire on me. I had to call the regional manager again. Please look into this property before you lease.
They have a great maintenance team. Maintenance men came and fixed sink asap when water leak

Thank you so much for your review! We're glad to know our maintenance is top of the line! We will certainly let them know! Let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future.
The staff in the office was very friendly and helpful. They had good spirit and they made me feel at home ??????
Do not waste your time even considering this as an option. It is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Management will show you probably the ONLY decent apartment they have only to put you at a unit with a million and one things wrong with it. They dont fix anything. No matter how many timed you call. They are roach infested, flea infested, nothing works and they will try to upcharge for any little thing. They just renovated their office and sure it looks nice but some of that money could have been used to upgrade/fix some of these apartments. Dont get fooled by what they show you. You will end up regreting it. It does not even deserve one star. Very dissapointed.
My wife and I have lived at the Vines for over seven years, in two different units (five years, then two plus). They have changed management/staff and owners several times. When out lease expires this time, we're leaving. It was a decent apartment complex for a good price when we first moved in, but it has become more expensive and has simultaneously gone downhill. In the past few months they have been renovating the leasing office and re-painting the complex. Looks pretty. But maintenance requests are taking forever to address and has been that way for some time. Maintenance requests for repairs can take anywhere from weeks to an eternity to be repaired. Some things I had to fix myself with NO refund/reimbursement nor allowances. When the water heaters rupture or leak, they flood the apartment (and the apartments below if it happens in an upstairs apartment). When the water heaters are replaced, NO drain pans are installed (drain pans are required by building codes in Lewisville for both new construction and replacement water heaters). Look for repeat flooding in the future. Also the ADA ramp at the front of the complex is half blocked by a concrete parking wheel stop. It is still there. It is the ONLY ADA wheelchair ramp at the front to access the leasing office and the mail boxes and a wheelchair cannot get down it from the parking lot. Cable TV is mandatory with TWC/Spectrum at $50/month and TWC/Spectrum does NOT give a bundle discount for Internet because the cable is in management's name, not yours. Management recently sent out an email reminding tenants that barbecue grills are forbidden (per city fire code, okay) but adding that bicycles, scooters, and other recreational wheeled conveyances are also not permitted on patios. I understand not allowing bikes to be parked in common areas, but most, if not all of these apartments, have PRIVATE patios also. Fines would ensue for EACH item found in violation. I can no longer keep my bicycle on our private patio, a patio inaccessible to other tenants/passers by without them walking through our living room. They are making it look all pretty in the leasing office and for new prospective tenants coming in. But God help you if anything breaks and you need to have it fixed. Stay away also if you are a cycling enthusiast or want your kids to have a normal childhood and ride bikes/scooters. We are certainly leaving as soon as we can (without breaking our lease).
My apartment is nothing like the model I looked at. Glass sliding doors don’t lock. Screen ripped, counters stained, toilet broken. Trash over flowing outside. No microwave, no 2 inch blinds, no granite countertops. So disaand been here 48 hours. I was told my apartment would be same as model but smaller. Not even close. I regret being here already and not sure what I am going to do. Definitely a bait and switch.

Hello,Please accept our apology for a less than wonderful experience. We always strive to keep our residents happy, and we're regretful this was not the case for you. Please give us a call at the office if you would like to discuss your concerns in further detail. We would like to correct this for you immediately! Thank you, The Vines Team
I had a friend who asked to stay with me for at least 2 weeks and ended up staying with me for 3weeks. They told me if i have a visitor staying for 7days then i should pay for application fee of $50. That was not included in the contract i signed! They will harass you. The condition of the place is very poor when they gave me the keys, shower heater isn't working properly, the dishwasher is leaking! It took them over a month before they finally fixed it. The window blinds are damaged and they will try to charge you for it when you move out. They charged me $80 for cleaning. They said they saw some hairs on the floor. I sweep the floor almost everyday the whole year when i lived there and they charged me for seeing fallen hair? The tub is hazardous as they just try to paint it over and over and of course in a span of just few weeks, you'll see the normal wear and tear and you can feel the rough surface as the paint starts to peel off. They charged me for it too! They charged $120 for carpet cleaning. I swear i cleaned the only stain i had there and it didn't pass their "standard" of cleanliness. Even the kitchen/oven top is really clean, as if it were never used. My previous apartment didn't charge me for anything after living for 2yrs but this one, they charged me almost $300 for anything that they can think of. They charged me $10 for one missing mailbox key. What for??!! Who uses the same key after the tenant leaves?!
If you are in the market for an apartment, definitely don't waste your time here. Starting from the first day, things were pretty sketchy. Even after my roommate and I had already put the down payment on our apartment, they wouldn't let us actually see it. Something about how the cleaning and painting crews were still working in there. So moving day comes and we finally get our keys, and we certainly were surprised by the condition of the apartment. It definitely was not ready to be lived in. The A/C was broken; the patio blinds were missing a few slats and the rest of them were broken; in the kitchen, there were no socket covers of ANY of the outlets; doors had holes in them; the master bathroom toilet was not in working condition; and one of the window panes was missing glass. A couple of the maintenance guys made an offhanded comment that they knew these problems existed, and management let us move in anyway. That was just day one. They comped us our first month's bill a bit, but it felt like pulling teeth from the management. Over the next few months, the water would be shut off about every other Thursday for them to fix one problem or another. It was such a hassle to get anything fixed, and the new management certainly did not make things any easier. She was extremely rude and condescending anytime I would go into the leasing office. All in all, I couldn't wait till my lease was up. This was one of the worst experiences I have had since I lived in student housing.
The vines are great apartment to live at free cable can't beat that the only thing I don't like is that they need new updated appliances
Yes average is what this apartment is indeed. I've lived here for nearly a year and so far okay; I live on the second floor and I am frequently startled by what sounds like a stampede above and around me. Walls thinner than Kylie Jenner's original pout! And maintenance, what maintenance?! I have on numerous occasions called to report malfunctions regarding regarding running toilets, broken appliances, and water damaged ceilings, all of which took nearly a week before maintenance arrived. However it's not all bad I have to say the space is comfortable for a single young lady--two closets in the bedroom, yay! The price for the apartment is also fairly reasonable, so if you need a place in lewisville you may want to check it out, a unit on the third floor of course.
i got me a 2 bd rm 2bath all good nice feature wide living but don't allow pit Bulls regards I have a dog and he looks pit but not pit the manger won't when play or check out my dog to see for any danger she just looked and said oh he not allow because he is pit bull ! and they wan 400 that is deposit and fee plus 15.00for ea month along with the rent and here you gotta pay 15.00 for a vip parking spot eac month if not first come first serve
