Olive Branch lies right on the Mississippi-Tennessee border and is a great suburban location. Having convenient access to major highways and being less than 20 miles from Memphis, Tennessee and the Memphis International Airport provides the community with easy access to big city amenities and simple commutes. With an abundance of chain and local restaurants, Olive Branch offers residents a wide variety from casual to fine dining. You’ll never tire of the convenience of nearby movie theaters, grocery stores, and home, craft, and clothing stores.

Property Ratings at The Vineyard of Olive Branch Apartment Homes
The Vineyards are way over priced and have had few incident that could have been very bad. I been here for a while and it has gotten worse so I am leaving. They have gotten to were they try tenants like they are doing them a favor. I pay over 1000 of my hard earned money at least give me respect
The Vineyards is a very average, typical apartment property. The apartments are a little over-priced based on the location and lack of landscaping- just a bunch of apartment buildings in a wide open space, very few trees. The biggest detractor is the fact the apartments are all located right next to a rail line near an unguarded street intersection. Several trains go by every night between midnight and 7:00 AM and they have to blow their horn repeatedly approaching the street intersection. I finally had to move to a different apartment to get a decent nights sleep.
