Move-in was simple; Mia was great & has been great all along. However, this complex is not maintained well, they charge a community fee, yet the grounds are dirty, and the breezeway are not lit up & are dirty. The pool & bbq area had issues last summer, and residents also had to use the rosewood pool. Yes, the gym is now 24 hours, but the pool was open maybe 1 month this season. You will rarely find someone in the leasing office & sometimes have to go to Rosewood to talk to someone. Instead of improving with the units' upgrades, the complex & management are falling apart.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are so glad your move-in was a breeze and your experience with our leasing agent, Mia, has been a positive one. We would like the opportunity to address each of your concerns, starting with your comments regarding the grounds and breezeway lights. We do have an on-site maintenance staff that picks up the grounds each morning to keep the areas free from trash and debris. We also have an on-site courtesy officer who completes nightly breezeway light checks to ensure there is appropriate lighting throughout the community. If you're seeing a specific area where the grounds are dirty and/or the breezeway lights are not working, please reach out to us ASAP so we can correct these concerns. The pool area is closed right now for the season, but we do intend on opening the pool this year on Memorial Day and it will remain open through Labor Day, just like last year. Our leasing office is open from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. If you need something and don't find someone in the office, they may either be on a lunch break, or our leasing efforts may be needed next door at Rosewood. If you give us a call, we always try our best to return your call within 24 hours. We would love if you could reach out to our Community Director to discuss these concerns further and work through some solutions directly. Always short staffed, always hectic, always running into issues. Flooding/broken pipes/ and chaos. Usually the good reciews are from people who just moved in . look at the reviews of people who lived there for a bit and you will get the full picture

My daughter lives in a 3 Bedroom apartment for 11 months now. The Building is green from filth. The stairs and Breezeway have never been cleaned from what I can tell from visiting. The stove only has 2 eyes that work and the dishwasher is a joke. The toilets either won't flush or run constantly. They pay for the amenities and pest control which have been non existent for 4 months now. They have been seeing roaches now. This place is nasty. I would give them 0 stars.
I've been here with my wife for a few years now. The landscaping and pool area are very clean and enjoyable. Its a cozy and nice place to live. The apartments are clean and good sized . The staff has been super helpful and we've really enjoyed our time here!
I would not give even 1 star. Pathetic customer service. we tried getting the apartment here. One day before the moving they told us to pay $1005 non refundable . I have never seen any apartment people asking me for this huge amount which is non refundable . Does not recommend this place.

This is the worst apartment I've ever been, if you have a second choice please don't live here. The apartment have stuff broken even before I moved in, and that takes them forever to fix (still not fix yet), you can never reach them by phone call, email, a lot of time leasing office don't have anyone. They give false promise that they will never do. These people are horrible and they don't care about their resident at all. Not mentioning how high rent they charge. I just can't find even one good thing about this place.

I've lived at The Vineyards for almost 4 months. My apartment is clean and seems slightly larger than the show unit I viewed prior to moving in. There were a few repairs needed upon move in but they were taken care of swiftly as have all repairs reported since. The bedrooms and living space are a nice size but the kitchen and laundry space is TINY. It's a galley style kitchen with space for washer dryer hook ups at the end. The laundry space can fit a standard sized washer (top load) and dryer facing each other with just enough room to open the dryer door! The kitchen lacks in counter space so you're unable to leave any additional equipment out. If you like a roomy kitchen then these are not the apartments for you! The grounds are clean and well maintained. It is sometimes not possible to park outside my unit as we do not have designated spaces. There is a pool but it is VERY small. If a pool is on your list of requirements and your purpose is for swimming then I'd consider somewhere else. The same goes for the 'gym'. There are A LOT of college kids here and certain buildings can be very VERY noisy at times. This complex is located within the BARTOW COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM. It is NOT within the CARTERSVILLE CITY SCHOOL ZONE which is contrary to what I was advised by the Complex Management prior to moving in. The allocated schools are: White Elementary, Cass Middle and Cass High. It is a nice place to live. The management team are friendly, as are the maintenance guys. The apartments are somewhat overpriced given the location and the amenities, so I'd suggest 'shopping around' and most certainly visit the complex in person, as the photographs make everything appear larger!

We are happy to hear that you are also pleased with the bedroom and living space size in your apartment home. While the kitchen is an efficient galley style leading to the laundry area for your full size washer and dryer, it leaves more room in the large bedrooms with walk in closets and the common areas for congregating with friends and family who may visit you. With the extra space in the dining and living room off the kitchen, you could always use a coffee cart or movable island for the additional space you seek to leave out those few extra kitchen supplies! As we strive to maintain not only our apartment homes but the grounds as well, we appreciate your complimenting how clean we keep the community, which is thanks in part to the whole community we have here at The Vineyards. We do apologize that you have had issues with noise, and for any miscommunication in regards to the school districts initially. We would be happy to help in the future with any noise complaints you might have, and are making sure our office staff is up to date on local zoning. Since our pool is closed for the season, and you seem to be fitness oriented and like to swim, we are located less than ten minutes from public pool facilities where you could swim laps, even in the Fall and Winter!
