Property Ratings at The Vineyards Apartments
We sold our house in Porter Ranch and needed a place to stay in the area for a few months before moving in to our new home. The Vineyards Apartments made the transition seamless and made our stay very comfortable. We met Alex during our first visit and we were impressed by his level of professionalism, customer service and willingness to help. Once we moved in, we also had similar experiences with Mike and Cassandra. Our apartment was clean and looked like no one had ever lived there. The best part of it all is that they were understanding and accommodated the changes in our move-out dates because our new home move-in date was pushed back several times. I highly recommend The Vineyards Apartments.
They dont care what size your car is, they just say every unit is assigned to specific carport and the carports is narrow just fit for compact cars while open spaces is wider. What if you change the car and your new one not fit? i emailed twices (they ignored my email, no response) and even come to office but manager left at 4pm everyday and staff can't do anything! Ventilation fan in bathroom is running every 1 hour regardless during the night which can wake you up. Maintenance team is doing mickey mouse, even didnt fix but they still emailed telling me the work is done and ask for survey LOL. I gonna move out when lease end!
Absolutely love this complex. I was looking around to help a friend find an apartment today and the vineyards was the 1st to pop up. Figured I should write a review. I grew up in Porter Ranch, as soon as we saw they were building these apartments we knew we had to check them out. We have been here for a year and so far the management has been nothing but the best. Casandra and Mike are always smiling and say hello. Alex always waves when he’s taking ppl on tours. Any time we put in a work order it’s taken care of within 24 hours, usually that day. I saw the previous review about coyotes, well, that’s what you get when living in Porter ranch. Wildlife has always been around Porter ranch and most likely always will be since we are in the hills. The Gym is well taken care of and never more then 3/4 ppl in there at a time and I’m there 6/7 days a week. Landscapers are here all the time and you never go a day not seeing maintenance all over cleaning up and working hard. I’m so grateful we got in when we did especially with the cost of renting today! Truly can’t say a bad thing about this place or how it’s taken care of.
Don't be mislead there is nothing luxurious about this complex. They don't have any security at the complex, people that don't live at the complex jump the gate to use the pool on the weekends its always crowded. They have a big bug issue I found bugs in the light fixtures and coyotes stop by every night to sleep in the patio area.
I moved here from a luxury home in Sorrento and have been very impressed with the apartment and amenities. The indoor/outdoor gym is top notch with every peice of modern equipment imaginable. The pool is Chrystal clean with a wine tasting room adjacent so you can chill your wine for a refreshing drink afterwards. There are game rooms, spas, cabanas,large flatscreens outside, putting green, outdoor fireplaces, lots of pet stations, and more. The apartment has a built in modem inside the wall panel. You just connect everything to the WiFi. Our apartment included a garage and tandem parking. Inside decor is modern and stylish. Tubs are wide and deep for a relaxing soak. Master bath has double sinks and lots of counter space. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, charcoal stone countertops, washer/dryer, distressed grey vinyl plank, carpet in bedrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms and also outside on the patio. You also have an extra storage room off the patio and in the garage. Lots of recessed lighting, all with dimmer switches. Pendant lighting over the kitchen island. And the staff is truly great. Everyone has been so patient, showing us how to use all the modern hi tech features, front door fob, appliances, nest thermostat, etc. They are professional, friendly and truly helpful. This is one of the best apartments I’ve seen in a long time. And having sold my home and moved to an apartment, the transition has been fabulous. Oh, and I can walk to Whole Foods, AMC, Nordstrom Rack, my nail salon, Peet’s coffee and a bunch of amazing restaurants right below us! And all the neighbors in the whole community have been great. Lots of dog people. We meet everyone walking our dogs, and it’s so nice to have such great neighbors. Other than the one hypocritical woman in the gym who asked my boyfriend to wear a mask when she wasn’t wearing one. (Lol- there’s always one) we have loved all our neighbors. I highly recommend The Vineyard Apartments. I just can’t say enough. It’s the next best thing to owning a home. ??
